To clarify, my reasoning is that at high chastity levels, sub/dom would determine effort put into maintaining chastity. In my opinion, submissiveness has that, conscious or not, component of servitude. A submissive person surrenders her/himself to the partner, not only physically but mentally as well.

I can agree with the emotionless not being normal, but I think you're missing two things.
First, it's a result of two states - she's neither only normal nor she simply has low libido. It's the outcome of two states, at once.
Now secondly, and perhaps more importantly, it's implied they're whore/slaves and the will have sex, one way or another. So the issue is how they will approach it. An average girl with low libido won't neither be shy (or rather, she could be shy, but not from the lack of libido but rather from lack of experience) nor emotionless. She'll probably won't have sex or won't have it often.
