I don't agree, I feel like having Eviscs and Razorpetals helps a lot in this Druid/Priest meta. The reach is entirely necessary against all the taunts around nowadays, and as a tribal-oriented deck, you'll often find yourself floating mana to make the most value play when enabling your elemental curve, so having more small cards to use your floated mana is important for tempo, being as you're playing Rogue, THE tempo class.
