They work any time the mob is enraged,most will glow red, or another color, when enraged. Most mobs will enrage after hitting like 90% HP and it lasts for like 30-40 seconds thus making crit damage vs enraged mobs some of the best crystals in the game, weather solo leveling or doing dungeon content.

It is the next level in gear progression. I just suggest doing the higher level dungeons and mingling with the community, Misery will come naturally.
>Where do you get upgrades after Misery?
The upgrade to misery is deathwrack gear and you have to craft it from materials dropped from the higher level dungeons, materials that you roll for. It takes quite a bit of grinding to get though so that's like, your endgame goal.
>Should I level crafting?
Not really, you DO craft deathwrack gear but it doesn't actually need any crafting skill to craft, just recipes that you can buy from other players or get as drops in dungeons. I know, it's silly, crafting is dead in TERA.
>How can I make money?
Play every day, do IoD BAMs every day, do dungeons, get drops and sell what you can. I made about 200k gold this last week focusing only on making money so it's not that hard to do.(Admittedly I did get lucky but 100k-130k is effortless if you play)
>What does spellbind do?
When using master identification scrolls or whatever to reroll secondary stats on gear you can use spellbind to lock certain rolls that are good so you don't reroll them. It's useful.
>How often are content patches?
Ahahahahahahahahahah
Not too often, best you get from a patch is some new event or bringing back old dungeons every month or so while some of the newer ones become unavailable, enjoy the content recycling.

This patch is horrible and kills the game.

Mid tier dungeons are totally dead and there's no reason to run them. Before we had that daily dungeon that gave scrolls to gear up and everyone was running it. Now there's no point. You get rings from new set, but you can just farm AB and buy better versions with tokens.

After I made achievements for my new chars from those old dungeons I've been only farming AB and IoD BAMs and festivals.

Now we got mid patch update with Manglemire, again old dungeon returning and it's just sad version of former self.

I leveled my character up to max level then I realized every dungeon is unloseable because you can infinely respawn for 5 gold. And you have windows where you can't do shit ebcause your dungeons are on cooldown
