Also please take note. His most played class is the medic. Right now the crusader's crossbow is overbuffed. His next most class played is the engineer. Guess who else has an overbuffed and broken weapon? Then we see his next class after that is the spy, and we all know what state the Dead Ringer is in. Please note that these three classes with broken weapons are his most played by quite a large margin as well. I'm sorry to all the people I told to just shoot the DR spy because at that point I hadn't played Payload in ages, but a semi-competent spy spamming DR really does make the game mode unplayable due to the maps being shit with their ammo pack placement.

Has a damage penalty, a small minicrit buff duration (3-4 seconds) that triggers with uber deploy may bring joy to many battle medics and encourage quick switches and rocket surfs when you falter.

How about you git gud and crouch evade that shit? Any poke from your minigun will fuck up their aim, if you need to get past a low choke either go FoS, EN or any shotty.
You can counter the Spy by having an ounce of common sense (ie. seek slightly higher ground and crouch walk at ramps) and not revving stuff when at low profile.
