There's good chances of sucess if you place them far from the objective, same as Kap traps.
People will probably rush in and not check where they are going. Placing them in the objective room is usually redundant, except under a window.
At the top of stairs works quite well since most people will be trying to look up as to check for defenders.
Places where attackers might end up strafing a lot are pretty good too, but that does require a bit of map knowledge. It's usually rooms by the objective room, so that they can shoot into it, they'll focus on shooting and not look arround.

Ok, but given my current understanding of the casual system, as of right now if you wanted to stomp new players all you have to do is throw ranked placements until you hit copper, and since casual matchmaking is tied to your ranked MMR, but casual doesn't affect ranked, you'd be matched against shitters endlessly.
At least with this new system, a smurf would have to put in the effort to throw a bunch of casual games to get back into stomping newbies.

his weapons are horrible when compared to the rest of the operators, the LMG is the worse in the game beyond having shitty ADS, it also has piss poor damage and 650rpm when the real gun has 800, it seems like the damage was balanced around it being a 800rpm weapon but when they decided to make it a 650rpm weapon they didnt buff the damage.
and the para has shit recoil, before the nerf it had high damage (51 i think) so it could take people out with body shots well enough despite the recoil and slow rpm but after the nerf its probably the worst AR in the game with 41 damage at 650rpm, they buffed the recoil somewhat but its still pretty bad considering such a slow firing weapon kicks so much when you have sledge/thatcher with a 670rpm laser.
or take IQs 552 which is just straight up better in every department and also a 3 speed that isnt busted (ash/hibana) so you cant say 2 speeds just have better weapons because of this.

I find that usually you have fun when losing If And Only If you felt like you learned something from that lost match. That's why Dwarf Fortress is so fun, even though you can never win, because eventually you try to push outside your boundaries and everything goes up in flames, but it was neat to see what happened.
If you're no longer learning with every match, take a break. Watch some online videos and get excited about some goofy strats. Furthermore, get your group excited about goofy strats, such that even if you lose, at least you didn't just dig your losing rut deeper.

Siege is an extremely CPU intensive game, unfortunately.
Resolution is mostly going to take the load off of your GPU, so the destruction physics, lighting, sound propogation and all that other shit's still going to put stress on your CPU regardless. I used to have issues with the stuttering you're having, but since i upgraded my cpu and installed the game onto an SSD the issues have somewhat resolved themselves. Could be an issue with data-streaming from your HDD, if that's what you're using.
