I don't think I said I was good at the combat, I don't particularly like RS3's but even if I was, I wouldn't be interested in PVM, and I never was, not even before rs3 existed. I only did bosses for death tasks which didn't exist prior to me quitting in 2008, and I stopped doing those after I got 99 slayer on this new account that I started in 2015 thanks to Darkscape which brought me back into the main game. I always skipped Telos though.

I usually get 6 siphons at level 9 plus the diss at level 10, rounding up to 220k item level until it runs out of charges
it would be impossible to reach even item level 15

that means 6 level bonuses you would never get to use on your t90 armour

For ideal weapon and ability setups the wiki is your best friend. Shields and defenders are trash until you go to a boss that requires a shield switch which isn't until very high levels. Again read the wiki.

sliskean ess is over 6m while zarosian ess is ~300k. basically he's a lot more consistent because there are four lower-value rares versus the two high value rares that vinny drops, so while you won't make 25m off a single drop every few hours, you have a pretty good chance of making ~10m every single hour
