I know that quest but that quest is chaos exclusive. The gun you get from it, the peacemaker, is the absolute best gun in the game by far but as I said, chaos only. The best gun for neutral is the meteor dragoon which while worse is still a damn good gun.

Set your demons to spam their ice move but keep them hidden until the exact moment he phases in to assault you. They should be able to charge up and cast before he teleports away. I need some serious help with judge Zelenin. I have done like seven attempts and while I have got her to red a couple times I just can't beat her. My team is this.
level 58 hero (either using storm shot or being a vending machine)
level 53 cu chulainn (buffs with luster canter and then damages with grand tack)
level 55 haoma (only there for debilitate)
level 49 david (heals with mediarahan)

In a series with a massive pool of potential party members/enemies (in the forms of demons), it would take a lot of time, money and resources to give them all models, animations and voice clips. Even if you do what Nocturne/DDS did and cut corners, you're still looking at a ton of time spent on additional models, animations and other things.
In case you forgot, Atlus is not a multi-billion-dollar AAA game dev. Despite some mainstream success due to P3/4/5, Atlus is still pretty niche within the massive vidya market.

In SJ I have a fiend that is starting to fall behind level wise but he has great skills so I want to fuse him. The though is that every demon I have when fused with him would result in garbage. Seriously, the only people who actually talk about P1 in /pg/ are those handful of Anons who bring up that the similiarities between P5 and the Satoshi games isn't Hashino being a hack, but foreshadowing that things are literally related.
Like there's a few people who believe that P5's Protagionist is literally Reiji's son grown up. There's also people who see the similarities between Maki's Ideal Mikage-cho and P5's Palaces (although Palaces are obviously much smaller than an entire damn city), and suggest that Wakaba Isshiki originally worked with SEBEC and Kandori, and used that as the stepping stone in her Cognitive Research.
There's people who also think (or maybe joke, since this one is a hell of a stretch) that Shido's conspiracy is directly related to Tatsuzou Sudou's New World Order, and that Shido was even a low-ranking member of it.
And while the conspiracy theorist in me WANTS those all to be true (or at least the first two), to really bring together the idea that this is all the same setting, I doubt even Atlus thought that much about it.

As the years went on atlus has tried to put a larger focus on appeal and story in the games. DDS1 and DDS2 was basically atlus trying to make a more traditional jrpg like final fantasy and you can see a bigger focus on plot in games like the raidou games and strange journey. The thing is IV is where things kind of went wrong. IV has a bigger emphasis on it's story and characters which is fine but they weren't as thought threw as they should be. IV has plot holes out the ass becuase of this. In SMTI and SMTII these problems didn't exist as they really couldn't, the story never really brought up enough to make you question something.

After the split arthur dies to sad music and you fight gore, in a battle designed to make you look like the villain. The chaos ending literally shows bodies in pools of blood, and the law ending shows people dressed identically standing on brutalist architecture. Neutral acts positive about the future.

Its not a "surprise" you are a neutralfag. Pretty much everyone is, because atlus doesn't -really- want to make morally grey games. The moral greyness is mainly meant to be between law and chaos, and neutral is meant to be the good sides of both instead of biting the bullet on the bad sides. Any flaws of the ordinary neutral world are never shown. Chaosfags the majority of the time aren't actually real. They're memeing about how it would be rad to be a demon. Lawfags are either people who are biting the bullet, or weird religious people who want to always side with the angels, but probably wouldn't be that ideology elsewise. Neutral is the majority of the preference of the fans because the games more or less present it as the good ending. In IV you end the game chilling in a pub. On chaos you end it burning down mikado. On law you end it killing yourself, and tokyo with you. there is a very obvious tone being presented, and iva is simply the continuation of it.

Even in devil survivor it "subtly" takes a jab at law and chaos when making more moderate endings. In overclocked, naoya's ending is only good if you keep the demons off of earth, essentially making it a neutral ending. On amane's ending, you ask the angels for special permission to be a little less trigger happy. In both cases, the ending being moderate is the human element you bring to it. If the games didn't want to go happy go lucky, neutral should have shown its flaws earlier on, had real villains (dark neutral doesn't count), and law and chaos actually be presented more like coherent options.

In chaos the protagonist has established that they are one of, if not, the strongest person in the world. The average person will be murdered in chaos as demons and stronger humans will kill them easily. Both are extremes and you are asked "if you get the good end of the stick do you think this is the best route for humanity?".

Each generation finds a way to further turn this world into a shitshow, everything is money and politics, and the only ones who really get anything out of the status quo are the ones in power, sure you can live happy life but if we really are talking about what best for people have you seen the shit that goes down in Africa? What about the shit that muslims pull all the time and get away with? One of the reasons i love this series so much is because of the themes that it explores, but i wish they did it in a more moraly gray way
