A legend job is a rare and usually quite powerful job with high stats and give large bonuses to damage dealing cards. Look them up and see if there are any you like, they have stuff like Squall and Zidane as jobs.
Supreme cards are INCREDIBLY powerful cards that are extremely rare. I've even been carried in MP by people using lower end supreme cards while using the worst jobs in the game. I have like 4 legend jobs and no supreme cards as an example of how rare they are.
When you get a legend job or a supreme card in a six roll or seven roll they'll show up as an extra card.

Check your equipment. Status ailments are not really a thing in the last four fights so focus on beefing up your defenses and offensive capabilities. You should have both magic and physical damage hopefully, as the bosses do have palings of both kinds.
