I ask it because in this case it's very relevant. ADC is always a lot worse in lower ELOs since often people just let the enemy flank their ADC along with the fact that ADC make very basic positioning mistakes (and usually orb walk / AA mediocre as well which leads to a hefty damage decrease).

Jungle overall has just so little influence, one guy goes around and gank top the other goes there as well or maybe bot, rinse and repeat. If they're a tank you can't kill them post level 4 and if the enemy team is warding you can't kill them pre level 4 either.

Jungle just feels very unskilled and it's down to if you win the 2v2's or 3v3's.
