Real talk. Classic/Basic cards are what is limiting design space.

The fact that overpowered card exist in these sets are what is limiting designing of cards.
Ramp exist so Blizzard cannot print overpowered cards for Druid.
Ice block exist so Blizzard hopefully will not print overpowered burn for Mages.
Same goes for healing with Priest due to Soulpriest.
Or good stated cards for Warrior.

Is it time to finally craft this guy? Is there enough of a taunt meta for him to be useful? And do enough decks run him to justify it?

Modern Miracle Rogue is possibly the most mentally tiring deck I have ever played in any card game and I place the blame solely on Hallucination. The results of a hallucination flop can single-handedly change what tempo pace you want to play your cards at, and it can do so in the middle of a questing/vancleef turn. Switching gears like that might not be "mentally taxing" the way more intricate combo decks are (e.g. in magic) but it straight up kills my ability to grind out games

Stitched tracker is flat out one of the best cards in the set and a real strong contending card for sleeper OP. Problem is it's a 3 drop and a non beast so it's a greedy as shit card for Hunter. You put that shit in any other class and people would be screaming for it to get gutted in a week.

I got the preparations back from my galaxy packs and tavern packs but never used them till Quest Rogue happened. Then, the neft happened and I dissenchanted the quest and crafted the geist/vilespines/shadowblades and the last doomsayer I needed(used fan of knives and assasinate before that).

Your most important cards are the bouncers, oracle and shadowblade, specially the last one because it will save you from the initial fatigue damage.

its a replacement if you dont have it, but I wouldnt say its suitable. besides yshaarj, medivh, and lategame jade idols (already fucked by this point usually), how often do you even encounter a big enough minion for bgh to hit vs how often you see taunts of any kind? in the worst case scenario where you just have to emergency tempo play a body, bgh dies to a stiff breeze, but black knight has 3 more hp for 1 more mana. admittedly I probably wouldnt craft it over other legos depending on the deck, but if youve got all your staples and youre just looking over other general playmaker cards or just tech cards specifically to round out your deck(s), black knight is definitely something Id say is top of that list right now.

That's why you need wild. Sludge Belchers and Deathlords and Healbots will hold aggro off all day, then come back again to hold them off all night after you N'Zoth them.

In standard, it's more of a combo deck. If your opponent's slow enough to let you set up, you can deck him with the extra bouncing you've got, but if they're at all fast, you'll die long before you can win.
