Sorry if this is a stupid question, but, I just bought XV before heading out to work, so I won't be able to play it for several hours.

However one thing slipped my mind in the purchasing process, something that XIII featured that drove me nuts.

Does XV feature a progressive level cap like it's predecessor? I know it helped balanced the gameplay, and prevented you from being massively overpowered for important boss fights and things like that, but I just hate being limited like that, it took some freedom away from you.

I tried to defend him when he first arrived, and pulled quite a bit for him (failed to do so, unfortunately), he's absolutely solid as a support.
For most ELT bosses/trials he's a better asset than the meme that is double Rikku.
Plus his kit screams enhancements, I expect for him to become an absolute monster in the future, hopefully around the time we'll get Basch/Gabranth.
But what can you expect from memesters, anon? They shit on TGC of all units because muh robutts/donut steel flavour of the month, they oversell Tilith when even Aigaion can be easily beaten without her and so forth. My only fire options for Sea Lion, aside from Terra's OSB spam, are Sabin's and Galuf's BSBs.
Galuf's imperils and cmds damage and heal, Sabin's attach fire and has cmd1 that gives small +atk/def that stacks up to 8 times.

Both are lv80, and have only few mc3 left, who takes precedence? Mind that I also have Galuf's enfire SSB.

Might as well farm all of them up since he's a limited unit, but most of the time you'd need only two for chaining and occasionally a third for damage mitigation. It's good for strong physical attackers who lack good chaining moves or AoE chaining moves, and it'll be useful in the ten man trials since you can make any two characters into compatible chainers since you can't bring dupes.
