Lower your sens, and use more of your arm and less of your wrist when you move your mouse.
Never lower your sens to the point where you can't 180 (or more) reliably though.
Make those adjustments and then drill for speed in THunt or some shit, unless you're brave enough to practice with new settings in casual.
That's about it for pure aim, but pre-aiming and pre-firing comes with experience, and in turn, game sense. Just keep that shit in mind whenever you get killed from a spot more than once.
