The entire arguement is just kind of hypocritical.
Firstly, the point that Kiara shouldn't be allowed in Chaldea because she's evil. Others bring up the fact there are plenty of evil Servants in Chaldea, but people don't complain about them.
So because of that, they argue that Kiara is "more" evil than the rest because she threatened to kill more people. This also falls apart under scrutiny because characters like Moriarty also aimed to destroy the world for similarly selfish reasons. Later posters were about how Kiara is particularly evil because they killed Guda, but that directly contradicts the idea that what makes you more or less evil is the number you're going to kill.
Finally they say, it's alright to have evil characters like Jeanne Alter around because they're redeemed themselves, forgetting that they've been in the game for a lot longer than F/GO's particular Kiara, as if it somehow a fault in her character that she hasn't received a redemption arc yet.
So really based on examples in the game there is no rational argument against Kiara being in Chaldea.

Yesterday Aniplex implemented on their new Madoka Mobage a gaijin ban and made APKs unusable. Essentially if you want to play you need to change your region to Japan and use a phone from their ridiculously small list of "accepted phones".
If you don't own a phone on their list you can't even download the game or update.
Yesterday /pmmmg/ died because the ban killed all their posterbase:
