headshot+bodyshot from SKS will pretty much end you no matter what. maybe 3/3 helm/vest would save you

and vests make a huge difference, against lvl 3 vest bodyshots from the 5.56 rifles can feel very underwhelming. especially when you have to send them off 1 by 1 like when you're at range 300
