I'm currently using C for my usual blink dagger quickcast slot, but I realized I'd have some delay doing things like blink -> ultimate since I'd need to move my index finger over. I've been thinking of rebinding space to the blink quickcast slot, but I'm not sure where to place my select hero keybind then.

To answer your question, no, it won't cripple you. Space isn't used for anything useful by default anyway. Some people use it for an item slot, I use it for directional move.

I'd say give some thought to getting used to use F1 or 1 to select your hero since on some heroes you will need control groups to control units.

also anon, mkb + crit is way more expensive than diffu + manta, but most importantly, IT DOESNT GIVE YOU A WAY TO DISPELL DEBUFFS LIKE SILENCE, COLD SNAP, or manta dodging key spells if you're gud, not to mention manaburn, +10 str (not that much admittedly but it matters), a diffusal to purge of shit like ice armor, huskar heal, or countless other shit.

no one knows how to push so if you get and early lead and ward aggressively like you should, your team will just afk farm their own jungle instead of invading the enemy side of the map and getting towers then say "gg no vision" when the enemy gets farmed and starts invading your side of the map

carriers doesn't need kills, they need farm and when your enemy is dead, they should be farming so never try to save a kill for your carry as support, the better you scale, stronger you'll be to help your useless carry. the only thing you should do is saving resources, like, no need to blow your last bit of mana on a 5 hp target if he can't escape, this mana will be important to a follow up kill, or in case they respond to the gank/push the tower and etc

Any carry should be able to win the game with a 0 kills score before 20 or so minutes
