Read through this, it's very helpful. Once you are ready for cult you should realise that if everyone sends their words you can easily research words if you hide away somewhere. The trick is finding an ACTUALLY good hiding spot. Some people can start right away, others have to do their job for a while before slinking away. Doctors are probably the best cultists because everyone comes to medbay and cyro is an instant and very long knock out, combined with you having legitimate reasons to drag people around.
