I want to play Skyrim again. The last time I played it was on a shitty 755M SLI laptop. My mods never worked, I played between 20 and 30 FPS and had constant crashes.

Now I have a proper rig and am curious which version to choose. Is there a version of SkyUi or similar for the SE? Is the stability and graphics better than DX9 Skyrim?

I'm planning to put as many high-res textures into it as possible, maybe try if I get any ENB running, depending on the FPS outcome.

the pack is literally someone that went through, recreated STEP legendary or whatever, then took every file they had in the partition besides Skyrim base game and put it onto an archive.

I just started a new game and went straight to Vilverin. I go into the dungeon and get stuck in this room. One door is closed and can't be opened at all, other door needs to be unlocked with a key. The key is inside a locked chest, but the chest is also trapped. Not only can you not get out of the room if you don't have any lockpicks, but even if you have lockpicks trying to get the key is instant game over.

SLMatchmaker to start the animations. That's it. I wouldn't recommend any of the other mods that integrate it into gameplay because those just cause problems. You should also be installing these on a separate MO profile or what have you. Even with just the slal setup, you will ctd at times. It just happens.

FB pack is a shit. 90% of the animations look just plain bad with the stages being shot as fuck so you have stage one being 10 seconds of looping facehitting. Then you see that most are out of sync. And the tagging on them is shit so you have to add them to mods like defeat for it to play the animation. And its huge drain of animation slots.

Sexlabs animators should make a guideline for tagging. Right now its a mess.
