My suggestion would be to just make a Scourge Necromancer with Bone Offering if you want to emulate that playstyle. Far lower opportunity cost a ton of generic increased damage so it has a lot more build flexibility with both attacks and spells.

Here are some thoughts.

You shouldn't be scaling specifically physical damage now that Immolate exists, which is almost the same base damage as the axe itself.

As Anon said it's simple to get accuracy on your gear, as you should naturally get decent accuracy scaling from nodes taken in the Duelist and Ranger section.

Once you have enough increased damage EO is indispensible. It's too hard to ignore its girth. Same with Point Blank.

Personally I recommend this tree: poeurl.com/bvsW

It's for level 100 but be considered a blueprint for a typical Ngamahu's build. Fairly easy to edit it down to a level 90 build or one with or without Iron Grip and Avatar of Fire respectively.

Most RF damage gets to about 200k - 250k by endgame, unless you get stuff like Xoph's Blood and Kaom's Heart.

Also look into stuff like Orb of Storms - Curse on Hit - Flammability, along with Ele. Equilibrium and Ele. Overload for more damage.

Personally I want Trickster LL RF Scorching Ray, and it's taken a while to get going but I'm feeling confident in its late game power. All I need to do is 6L a Shav's and save up around 500c for Presence of Chayula and I should hit close to 10k ES and get the Scorching Ray to deal like 550k at stage 8.

friendly reminder that if you've been playing poe for a while, there's a file that bloats over time that causes the game to load slower and slower the longer you've been playing. look for "client.txt" in the log folder, delete all the text in the file and save it, then set it to "read only" to keep it from ballooning up again. apparently the update to 3.0 reset the file for me and it started ballooning up again.

GC selfcast inq. Stay near templar and marauder, grab armor, life, and regen plus minor amounts of elemental damage which are nearby and whatever crit I could(not a particularly large amount). Using hrimsorrow for full cold conversion. In my experience it's not supposed to be passively sustained infinitely, but you can easily sustain a -10 mana/s degen all throughout a map by using the above things.

It's dead for HC players who could do it as early as level 70 with cheap 500 es chests and stupid survivability with old VP + Ghost Reaver.

I switched over to LL around level 83 and after some growing pains with not running any sort of CWDT setup, I've only died when I'm an idiot and let myself be shotgunned by things with strong map mods on them.

With GG-tier gear you can probably get to around 8.5k, and with the Chayula necklace probably push it to the 10k mark.

The biggest minus with the build is that I have to run the Ephemeral Edge sword for now, until I decide to fork over money to get an ES shield with Leo enchant on it and swap over to a Doryani's Catalyst instead.
