You have to reduce your party size, maybe down to 2 or 3. Don't have any character with 3 blast/accel. You should get 3 charge almost every turn this way.

Auto battle actually exists, but I think it only works if you've already cleared a map. It's up in the top right corner next to speed. Useful for experience farming.

The grey haired tomboy also has 3 charge (Shinobu Akira), as does chinese wolverine claws, among some others, but those are the ones I remember right now. if you can find one of them, just remove everyone in your party except from your strongest member that has at least 2 charge (which you probably have one of), then you'll be at 5/10, which should be enough.

That said a team of two Madokes is practically unkillable but Mami's bind will also be plenty useful.

In terms of rerolling I'd rather roll Madoka simply because she doesn't have an element she's weak to like Mami, so you pretty much have a 4* you can use anywhere and there's a good chance you might not get another for awhile with these rates.

Playstyle and team dependent, I guess? Mami has much higher attack, and can stun and burn enemies with her magia and connect (connect also has a strong attack buff to the targeted ally),While Madoka's starts are more defensive, and her connect and magia are more supportive, focusing on healing and charging magia of allies.

I suppose I should also mention type, Mami is Forest type, being strong against water and weak against fire, as you might imagine, while Madoka is light, which is both weak against and strong against dark, which means she has no type she's resistant to, but also that she does at least normal damage to, so dark and light are probably better general purpose choices, while mami can struggle in fire heavy areas, which could be an issue if you're hoping for someone to carry your team.

I already like Yachio a lot. I was scared of her being too much like Homura since her design/atitude toward the protagonist are kinda similar, but she already feels like her own thing imo. Her transformation is also my favorite from the new gang.

One Level 80 Support

That's basically all you need. You won't be able to get the bonus mission done but you'll be able to farm it as long as you find any level 80 support.

Though, since today is ALL Element enemy day, it might be a bit hard since even level 80s might get killed if you bring a Flame and get mobbded by Aqua enemies

You also want to bring like only 1 other person so your Level 80 support can get all the discs attacks. I guess bring Iroha as a back up since her heal can be useful if you don't have Madoka
