If we were to get a singleplayer/coop only Rainbow Six game, I'd be happy if instead of being based on a linear story, it was more focused on individual, high-replayability operations that could have multiple playstyles and objective outcomes. Think Payday 2, MGSV, maybe even a little bit of Splinter Cell Blacklist in terms of different playstyles (stealth/brutal stealth/full combat).
They could all fit into an overarching narrative, but could stand on their own as a single mission. They could even have unique characters/operators, like what we have with Siege, but with more character development and dialogue in the missions.

Blitz's flash is stupidly fucking weak so all you have to do is shoot his hand and Monty's shield requires luring him into a trap device/Nitro or managing to get around his shield. But people think that this game is nothing about straight up capping niggas so anything that requires thought is "WAH WAH SKILLESS".

I've experienced this when I took out 3 people as Blitz when they decided to come at me one at a time, I was the "skilless" one because they didn't want to approach me at the same time from different angles.

You can shoot a 3 speed in the head, but shields can't be easily killed from the front anymore, so you have to use the map, teammates, and flanks to your advantage, which won't be available to utilize in all situations. Countering them is finicky.
Meanwhile 3 speeds can be countered as long as you have a gun, and guess what? Everyone has a gun. And before you start talking about high ping+3 speeds, those are extraneous circumstances, unrelated to the core balance of the game.

This game really needs a TK forgiveness dialog that pops up after you've been teamkilled. F5 to forgive, F6 to punish. Once the player has received two punished teamkills in the match, they are instantly kicked. After a certain amount of punished teamkills, they're placed into a teamkiller's queue.
This would also solve the problem of false positive automatic friendly fire kicks. There's plenty of times where someone accidentally grenades a teammate, and then later gets kicked because a teammate ran into their asphyxiating bolt or whatever.

I say "aim better" because I kill more people dropshotting than I get by doing it myself. It's not hard to counter if you learn to expect it from tryhard 3-speed shitters.
Going prone makes your head move slower than just aiming and strafing normally as a three speed, and on top of that you become a snail once you hit the ground, so it's only the unexpected downward movement breaking up the regular horizontal head movement that fucks people up, nothing else.
