Pre-Area: Beginning hallway/tunnel is lined with bullets and vials. Lone werewolf roaming and the bell maiden spawns in that area. Connected to it is an area above and one straight ahead
The area straight ahead led to the treasure room (Wisdom) guarded by a bunch of spiders and a tweaker.
The area above...now that was interesting. After crossing the bridge you're brought into a hallway with TONS of vore monster tunnels (no vore monsters sadly) that connects to a room identical to Lower Loran L1 (filled with beast patients). In addition to beast patients, there's a Bone Ash Hunter and 3 werewolves

Main Layer: Pretty empty desu. A unique thing about it was that it had 2 chests with cursed odd fire gems. One in the very room after lamp room. The other in a side area on the way to the lever

Boss was BSB

That is a good one and you get extra damage on a lot of skl weapons that have str scaling as well. I like just 50 skl because you can have some extra end, or pump vit harder, or even have extra blt or arc. You still get good damage on pretty much every actual skl weapon.

I would really like to see a tabletop wargame based on Bloodborne. The game would be centred around street skirmishes in Yharnam during the night of the hunt. The factions would be:

- Healing Church: employs various Church Servants as their main forces, a faction of very slow, but very resilient heavy hitters. Specialise in healing their troops.

- Old Yharnam: hordes of fast and furious beasts that poison the enemy, but have really low defence. The most mobile army. Supported by Powderkeks, who give them cover with the best long range weapons.

- School of Mensis: use Pthumerians as their troops. Their troops aren't particularly strong, so they have to rely on tactical trickery such as summoning or teleporting their forces. The faction that rewards planning the most.

- The Choir: magic-based faction. Field hordes of weak, slow emissaries and research hall patients that serve as a meat shield for the sluts, who use their magic to nuke the enemy. Unique faction in that it relies on spells rather than troops to achieve victory.

- Cainhurst: they are the fewest in numbers, but only field elite troops, and one single vileblood can destroy an entire squad of enemy grunts. Require a lot of strategic planning to minimise the casualties.

Might be neat, but I just don't feel like tabletop gaming would translate the necessary atmosphere, skill and speed of Bloodborne well. Part of why the game works is being hip deep in all of it.

I think it would have to be a rules-lite skirmish game, limited troops and stuff. I'd put the Church and Mensis as one faction, since they are the same faction (Church Servants ARE Pthumerians) with Mensis stuff as elite troops. If it's just a context-free story-less faction wars game, then no worries, mash it all together, but if it's supposed to make sense, then make Church/Hunters vs Beasts.
Church Hunters, Servants, Powederkegs, Mensis, Choir on one side, 'hero' character being arcane powerhouse Micolash and his puppet buddies as well as Gehrman.
Beasts, Beast Patients, Large Beast Patients, Scourge Beasts, Beast-Possessed Souls, Abhorrent Beasts, (Headless) Bloodletting Beast, Clerics and Darkbeasts and Laurence and Amelia as the 'hero' characters.
Third faction includes Silverbeasts, Celestial Emissaries, Brainsuckers, Celestial Children, Nightmare Executioners, Crawlers, hero character is Ebrietas and Moon Presence.

I was just breaking up factions. In reality, there's little you can really do as a tabletop game that isn't just Church/Hunters vs Beasts, and the Church/Hunter faction would just have way too much to use against the beast faction. And by hero characters I didn't mean really as leaders, they'd just be unique strong units. Laurence isn't too much of a stretch, though, he is a beast and is responsible as founder of the Church for the scourge fucking over Yharnam.
