Trust it's infused head/body/legs with tri-stats if you want to go full bis healer with like 12 fucking points in health, spc+worm healers with that setup still got like 40k mag with 2k+ regen. You need like 18-20k health as healer, there more leeway for the tank to die than healer, healer drops 95% of the time it's fucking over unless you've in execute phase with a good tank who's running barrier.

yeah, you are all supposed to hide behind a different pillar so that you don't overlap aoe, kind of like the second to last boss in CoH2 or the flesh atronauch in ICP, but the hit detection is pretty wonky right now. you can all hide behind different pillars and at least one person will still get hit even while being positioned perfectly, and its random, so it isn't the specific pillar its the mechanic thats bugged.

What do if your quest is bugged and the npcs wont have that cutscene you need to open the door? They just stand outside and give me that shitty look. And please dont say support because they wont do anything. They would probably reset the whole telvanni questline after 3 days of asking to do so only to see that it bugs again on that spot. Been thinking this through again. I'm starting to wonder about whether it could work. Ilambris and winterborn on a warden, fire backbar putting down shards and fire blockade, frontbar with a charged or infused lightning staff with fire enchant and heavy attack, maybe even elemental ring. Goal would be to keep up burning, concussion, and chilled effects up for as much as possible, the former being done through warden's passive and shards, the latter using the enchants and charged trait. I'd still like to avoid using animal companion and green balance skills for thematic reasons, maybe replace them with destruction staff and mage guild skills. At most maybe swarm and pretend it's the bio spell, maybe lotus blossom and bird of prey.

I'd still prefer if this was possible on a sorc instead, but frost staves are fucked for dps.

Can anyone help with a PC issue, regarding Master merchant and TTC?

Both of these add ons will cause my game to crash after about a few minutes. Here is what I have determined so far:

>If either add on is installed separately, while the other is not, the game will still crash
>TTC will not cause my game to crash, unless the TTC client is running (when the client is not running in the background, the game is fine)
>This problem started to occur about a week ago (Before the HotR update)

>My game is 100% fine without these add ons installed
>I have tried reinstalling the game (this took 5 days to re download, 0/10 would not recommend trying)

your addons and settings are separate from your game install, under C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\. zip up that folder as backup, then remove the addons and their saved variables, in the AddOns and SavedVariables folders. if you use Minion it should have an option to remove the saved variables as well when you uninstall an addon. then reinstall the addons one at a time.

you could also nuke your profile and make a new one (just rename live to live_old and launch the game), but you likely want so save at least some addon data, like for Harven's Quest Journal. (pic related, shit is so cash)

Yes. 10% more magicka regen at stage 2 and above, so if you already have high regen from set bonuses and food then that will only make it better. You do take more fire damage, but dunmer have an inherent defense against fire to help counter that, and you will eventually get champion points that you can use to increase your elemental defense even further, or just enchant a piece of jewelry with fire resist.

It happens often enough. Really depends on the people. Most people will not say anything, or say that they already know the mechanics when its obvious they don't. Like some bosses are really simple, last boss in tempest island fucks up anyone that is far away, so don't stand far away. Last boss in direfrost will steal health from a person and they need to break free from it, like the game has taught you. Other bosses are simply don't stand in the red, or don't bunch up, nothing too complicated. Some people can't even do that.

So I'm new and read the google doc, started a Dunmer Nightblade and went the MAG route since Dunmer are good at MAG and shit.

Now the doc said that Dual Wield is also used for Mag DPS and since Dunmer have a bonus to it and also Nightblade works with it and shit I've gone Dual Wield so far.

Now the problem of course is none of that shit has a MAG morph. It's all Stamina. Should I even still stick with Dual Wield or am I supposed to just use Destro staff instead? I assume Fire since Dunmer.

I've never read the doc but it must be old, DW in magicka setups is an old meta, where if your sustain didn't matter you could hold DW to benefit from Twin Blade and Blunt (the last passive) for a damage boost on all your spells.

Problem is you don't have any magicka return this way and would have to swap back to your other weapon to do so. And now2 with Morrowind crushing sustain it's even harder and overall it's best to just have two staves, one fire (for single target) and one shock (for AoE + that ridiculous heavy attack that fucks up like half a room while giving you magicka back)
