From what I understand, at least in the US. The PC version has better netcode while the PS4 version has more numbers in the player base. Although both depend on when you're playing and who your connecting to. For example I'm in the US East Coast and I can connect to a friend in Italy and Denmark with an average frame delay of about 4 to 6 frames. Source: I've been double dipping since Sign. I had no idea there would be a PC port and I actually bought a PS4 just because of Xrd Sign. I'm primarily on PC.

I do too. There are definitely people that will say it's 4f but really feels more around 6f and periodically it'll actually be 6f during games. I'm not sure what criteria it uses either in lobbies when you set a minimum, because I've had 0 bars in my game when I restricted to 1 or 2.

it's really fun, I remember playing in a tournament for the first time, my nerves were through the roof and even though I went 0-2 I still had a lot of fun. The best part though is just playing offline and getting to grind out sets with people and really learn how matchups are supposed to be played. It's great and once you get used to good offline play, you'll wonder how you ever managed to play online with 5f delay.

2. Improvements to Bais neutral game and perry mode
3. Bedmans seals can survive two hits and he gets a command teleport

a good base to work on for dizzy would to play neutral until you can either make space to start summoning, or get a knockdown. on knockdown you setup fish or 421S to hit meaty and try for either a crossup setup midscreen, or high low throw. if you can make space for yourself your fish are really good to cover your approach or keep some characters with limited movement away from you while you try and make a spot to mix them up in a blockstring.

your best buttons are 2s for anti airs, 6p for counter pokes, far slash for poking other dudes and sweep for knockdowns. 4s is also good in some situations for both spacing other characters out and anti airs.

I've been grinding that blocking practice for lodesemone, do any of you know what the two different JUST guard sounds mean?

The one with a weird little tambourine/cymbal noise happens less, so I'm guessing it's better?

Raven's damage isn't that great. "safe on block" is not really a strength of raven's normal. Raven's normal is just good from range to start up and leads to simple gattling. Making it "less safe on block" doesn't change anything if he just gattling them.

Baiken's Azami is bad tho. All followups are slow, can be low-profiled, only one of them is invuln (and sorta not a thing you should be using), CH state 30f recovery makes it WAY riskier than normal block, its interaction with hitstop makes it hella harder to execute.

I main Potemkin but Axl is the closest thing I have to a secondary. I generally have no issues with IADs, microdashes or super jump IADs on pad, but I find that it's much easier to do cleaner inputs on keyboard/hitbox and stick which is useful for other things. Like Baiken's tk youzansen, which is a 623693S input or whatever.

That was my idea going in with Potemkin and while his combos aren't that long the corner ones can be very strict timing-wise (often considered one of the hardest things to become consistent at). Sol has fairly easy combos and good reward off of reads so maybe give him a shot as well, Slayer too but his optimal air combos might be more challenging.

We can, go to replays and record the match with inputs enabled. I recommend OBS Studio for recording and ffmpeg for encoding as webm.

Also, looking at the dustloop wiki, that move is not an actual throw, it's a hit throw. You're supposed to block it, it hits like a regular attack and then turns into a throw animation.

Go into training mode vs Faust and use the three recording slots for the three different teleports. Set the playback to pick between them randomly. Get used to reacting to which one comes out.

Alternatively, when you see him start to teleport, jump up-back and use faultless defense. That should keep you safe from all three options but it may not leave you much room to punish him for it.

You should know that Faust's teleports aren't actually all that threatening. They're better used as a gimmick than anything else, or used in combination with YRC to create new movement options. Once you see him start to teleport you should be thinking of ways you can punish him for it.

I watches chachacha vs daru match and chachacha did something like getting fireball overdrive out mid combo then combo into kd. Then he charges the unblockable move and then hover the overdrive over the kd over opponent so that they have to block and be in blockstun then get hit by unblockable. Sure it's not the strongest unblockable set up but if you don't have a invincible reversal you seem to be fucked.

Haehyun's palm strike reversal can be held down and she can move opponent within the zone and she's in super armor. Even if you already held block when she activate if, you have to take a risk to run up grab when she's in that state or pretend to run up grab and then block the hit to punish or you just get out and not punish the move.
