Honestly Stew isn't a smart guy, smarter than n0thing and shroud, but he's a pretty shit IGL. All NA teams are line ups of aimers with no brain, and they get put in positions that either don't work, or they put themselves in positions that don't work and don't get told to fucking do something else. Stew just goes by the scrim rules, make a general strat and ask people to do things in a way that doesn't get them killed immediately, and give themselves an opportunity to get kills. He was the only one on the team able to improvise and get frags, but couldn't micromanage the rest of the team to the extent they need.

Look at Shroud and n0thing, for example. Although they were trash fraggers, the problem was they were given free reign to do the same shit again and again, and again, and again for entire games.

Also my favorite spots to hold from are: pit with a rifle, Ct spawn with a rifle(situational, should only be a position you fall back to) or goose with an awp. If you are goose with an awp, you do need someone to hold catwalk but you are nearly unstoppable for most matchmaking shitters(as long as you hit your shots). Another place I like is the box on a ramp. You can sort of hold long and cat at the same time, but it gets super sketchy and is best with an awp. If you miss one shot though you will probably die.

I think the fiveseven needed a buff. Basically the previous meta forced players into stacking and charging areas like a terrorist, using high mobility and peeking to try get a kill, which is retarded to use on people who are going to be doing the same thing. The buff hopefully makes the fiveseven more viable as a corner holding weapon from multiple enemies, and also from slightly longer distances, eg. forklift to squeaky.

People might disagree about the corner holding part, but it's true, honestly the p250 was better at holding close angles. Fiveseven was not good at defending a site, only for catching people out with random charges.

Just went on Dust 2 in a 10 man retake server (trying to be as close as MM as possible), 2560x1440, all lowest settings, standing on A site barrels looking short I get 230FPS. Dust 2 is probably the best map for FPS and it's still barely over 200. I always thought it was a meme, but I think it's the narrower FOV and thus bigger models that allows you to see/understand easier where your crosshair is in relation to where it needs to be.

It is annoying having to swipe around like a retard at close ranges though, because you can't see so much around you anymore.

My ping is pretty good on the right CSS servers, usually 30-60. Main reason I got GO was because there's barely any good servers for me anymore, Australians always get the short end of the stick.
