He became so autistic… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his internet connection, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he posted CP on the thread, then the FBI raided him in his sleep. Ironic. He could harass others from the police, but not himself.

hey I was curious if this server was worth playing on? Havent played since like 06. After reading everything in this thread im unsure what the fuck id be getting myself into. Can someone give me a quick rundown?

There is no added content however there is some removed content, alot of npcs and quests are missing but so far I haven't found anything important missing, you can still level all your skills just fine

The economy is broken, people have billions and are willing to buy pure essence and flax and coal for 500gp each


The community is much nicer than other private servers, there aren't any over zealous admins nor any donator advantages.
The server is only advertised here on /vg/ so it's unlikely to be taken down or experience much drama

When I first started playing there were already a substantial number of quests, around 70. Since then three quests have been added, two of them being released within the last month two days apart from each other.

Vscape is probably the most authentic 2007scape experience you're ever gonna find in the sea of custom gambling pk rsps'. The 2.25x experience rate is just right imo, doesn't cheapen your 99's but does increase xp rates just enough to make up for a lack of GE and players selling mats.

If I had to say it's the community that keeps me logging back in to grind. With a global chat system known as yell even though the server may not be filled with hundreds of people it doesn't feel so empty. There's about three years of vscape lore to catch up on and it's always interesting when older players or mods come online. At peak hours I've seen around 70 people online, but generally at least 10 people are online at most times.

The economy feels really nice to trade in since it's really easy to make and spend money depending on your interests. Rare drops and tt rewards feel that much more satisfying knowing that you'd have a really hard time buying them with so few in circulation.

The player base is, for the most part, a group of mentally unstable introverted idiots. Trap jokes and "le fem benis xd" are the main subjects of conversation. If you do play, ignore 95% of the community and you'll have a good time.
