i only agree for the helm, but that's for the "child-size head" effect and makes it even cuter, imo (ebony helms are massive anyway). the rest, like choosing the ebony chest for its "skirt," those legs for the laces, and the boots for the little """bows,""" makes for a pretty impressive combination.

I figured since fire staves up your single target damage, and shock staves up your aoe damage, then frost staves could up DoT damage in general. That, or stronger/longer lasting CCs, but I don't know how that would work since CCs break on taking damage. Also the whole dying by slowly freezing to death deal might make DoT suitable.

And yeah, more like Gandalf. This was directed mostly towards alteration staves, so it would be one-handed & alteration staff but that is a long-ass fucking name for a skill line. Think shit like enchanting yours and others' weapon with your staff and general combat magery. Also with the whole magicka tanking thing being inherently inferior to one-handed and shield unless they make staves count as two parts of a set, or make them one-handed for off-hand set pieces. Personally, I'd prefer if two-handed weapons just counted as two parts of a set.

I think it'd be kinda neat if you had to choose two of more than just two staff types. So rather than going either destro/resto, destro/destro, or resto/resto, there'd be shit like resto/illusion, alteration/destro, destro/conjuration, etc.

If you're looking for overland main story quests to be made for 3+ people this is not the game for you and I'm actually kind of struggling to think of one that is. Like the other anon said, there's plenty of group content and unlike other MMOs, this one lets you ever whatever group content you want as early as you want.

I want to play a really crazy and unconventional build that's also viable for endgame play.

I'm thinking of making a Nightblade healer but I already have a pretty high level healer so there's not much point. Any recommendations?

nightblade healers are awesome, lots of heals from resto staff, and nightblade skills like refreshing path/funnel health/soul tether (whichever one heals). plus it has crowd control, stuns, and utility skills (marking enemies, siphoning, etc.), one of the fastest ult generation classes in the game due to passives, and incredible utility for multiple scenarios. its isnt crazy, its efficient as fuck. you can also make an excellent dps out of it just changing some skills around and slapping on generic magicka dps gear.

I've found the zone design to be 10/10 but they really need to be able to film it up with things to do. Hews Bane city looks like assassins creed but you can't actually do anything in it.

Also they shouldn't bother toting that each new zone is bigger in landmass than the last ie vvardenfell. They should focus on smaller landmass but more things to do in that landmass. Right now I feel like it's pretty zones but empty.

They are boring. There's absolutely no incentive in doing them. There's no incentive to do any sidequests in this game unless you're trying to go for an achievement or you're making a PvP character who can't efficiently do random dungeons to level grind.

There are tons of better ways to level grind and farm gold, so what's the point in doing them? Unless you're playing the game like a normal elder scrolls game which is kind of pointless.

i played them on the pts, id put their difficulty as medium-hard. vet modes are harder than vanilla dungeons but not quite as hard as mazzatin. they do the same thing the dlc dungeons did, introducing the mechanics of the boss fight a couple rooms ahead of when they will be used (like the portals in wgt during the trash fight or the poison pools in the hallway in maz), so it wont blind side you. went in with my guild, we had a couple deaths getting the mechanics down, but it wasnt like vet icp at launch hard.

only time I run a pet sorc is when i am in vma for netflix runs, but here are some suggestions. these aren't for trials, but just some suggestions for when i solo vet dungeons (which i do without pets, but a lot of the advice should translate).

Yeah, they should be divines, and craft a piece in heavy and medium so you can get those undaunted passives. With the rank 9 passives its an extra 6% health magicks and stamina, and with points into the heavy armor passive that will give an extra 2% health, so effectively 8% extra health just for wearing all 3 armor weights. Besides, the heavy and legs and medium head (the slots I'd change) will provide the best armor bump for you for the slots that you have julianos already. chest gives the biggest boost but you akready got the golded necro chest so why fuck with it.

I haven't done much with magplar so take what I say with a grain of salt, but as of last patch BSW is really only great on magicka DK. In order to exceed the damage output of even julianos, BSW needs an uptime of 60% (out of a max possible 66%). Magdk gets this since all of their skills do fire damage so you can get the proc nearly on cooldown./spoiler]

No, it's exclusive to both version 1 and 2 veteran difficulty. What Hard Mode entails differs between dungeons, but generally you just have to read a scroll altering the final boss.

I don't understand the geyser mechanic in Bloodroot Forge, how exactly do you close the geysers? Just stand in them? put on a 5 piece juli i had in the bank, gaioned the crit back. switched to apprentice stone, down to just under 50% crit. thinking about what to pair with juli. have the 5 piece golded netches in divines that i switched with juli, so i pulled netches jewelry/head/shoulder out of the bank to try out, still have only 53% crit (juli is only purple netch is only blue jewelry). ill take it ot eh dummy and just see how it goes.

Got two crafted gold sharpened staves I made a while ago. What should I replace them with? Infused was memed pretty hard during the pts, but that out weird. I can't craft nirnhoned yet, but everything else.

Any good premade UIs for somebody using a controller? Not played for over a year and when I launched the game half of my add-ons are outdated with no new versions on the site
