You would think so with the whole ultimate power thing, but Xerath's scalings are actually quite poor and he gets fucked harder than any other mage in the game by baron empowered minions. A lot of the power of his spells is in the base damage values and not so much the scaling. He also has no passive lategame comparatively to other mages like Ziggs, Karthus, Lux, or Brand who all have incredible late game passives.

Xerath's passive is 100% just there to make it so he has to run forward out from behind his tower to chuck a peanut at something to stay in business. His mana costs are so crazy you can't get around it. It's why he's unpopular if I had to venture a guess, it feels really awful to have a passive that is designed to get you killed more often so you can do your thing.

Smite passives were pretty gimmicky had to always smite the 2 camps that mattered.

How would you fix the ADC problem?

ADCs in Lol need to be babysat ALOT, they need constant peel and cannot build any defensive items bar maybe guardian angel because they are needed only for a ranged AD damage poke.

I'd honestly prefer a drop in damage to an increase of survivability. Maybe ways to make Melee ADC viable outside of a million dashes or sticking them in the jungle.

I just feel like the role of ADC is to be an objective for the opposing team to destroy and to take objectives your self.

His Q is useless currently, even if it hits by some miracle it does negligible damage. If his passive is down he does no damage. If he can't flip you, he loses most 1v1s. Basically I'd like to see some power shifted from the passive to his Q and W, so if he has to fight a straight fight he doesn't lose. Or let W crit/be affected by attack speed, that might be amusing.

Counterstrike is supposed to 'block' auto attacks and their on-hit effects, according to the wiki. However, if the effects 'benefits' the attacker, it somehow still counts. I'm not sure what 'benefits' means in that context. They list 'Wolf's Frenzy' as an example but I have no idea what they mean with that. I get it that Aatrox's 3 strike hit benefits him as it fills his blood well, but that going through for that reason is borderline retarded.

Morde's kit is also a mess. His ult will definitely be removed. His passive will probably also go away, and I just hope that it doesn't get replaced with some unfun, gimmicky minigame bullshit.

What I like about Morde is his playstyle. I like how, despite not being very mobile, lacking any CC, and having short range, he can smack the fuck out of anyone he can reach. In that regard, if you ignore his ult, he plays fairly similar to the other juggernauts. If he remains a juggernaut, I'll probably be content.

Talon got a generic E that Aurelion sol, Kayn and soon to be Evelynn have, like what you said has a cheesy passive that has all his damage, an unnecessary crit and slowed down. Akali can build basically whatever after Gunblade depending on what she needs.

There are about 3 "cores" akali autists run, but one of them rushes Void Staff every game second item and the other is greedier. The third is TF Blade's build, but he's the best Akali in the world and plays her different.

Gunblade>Boots> Zhonias (Sometimes Banshees, Zhonias is good even against most AP champions + the active buffering your stealth if you zhonias in Shroud) >Void/(Deathcap if they just straight aren't getting MR)>Void if you didn't get it already/Lich Bane for tower pressure/Banshees if you don't have it yet > whatever you didn't get yet

TF Blade's build is Gunblade>Boots>Zhonias>Rylais>Liandries>Situational

It's bulky, handles tanks and carries equally well, and lets you use Shroud a little more offensively, but at the cost of upfront burst. Stick with the default build until you get a feel for her.

If you W from inside an unwarded bush and the center of W is in the bush, W is invisible to enemies outside bush too.
