Just interested, because I run a ragtag team of infantry/mages/armor (usually Hector), but I can't get more than ~4.8k, maybe because I lose a unit per chain on average. +atk is a pretty good IV, that and Fury 3 puts her on the level of +spd Lucina while also allowing her to play support, but low defense + HP means you shouldn't throw her around willy nilly as she is vulnerable to physical attack from even greens.

Robin depends on whether you want to keep her weapon and whether you want to be offensive or defensive. I think her default weapon is suited for a defensive/enemy phase build whereas Firesweep or Brave Lance would suit an offensive one, but really only excel if your Robin is +atk or +spd.

wrys is good. you need healers for the more challenging stuff like chain challenges and tempest trials and he and lissa have the best heal special that can heal to full from very low health. also wrys has like the highest res in the game which can be helpful. i'd still recommend only pulling gray orbs if they cost only 3 orbs though as most of it is trash and you can get cucked by a 5* healer.
you definitely want more 5*s but that's a good start depending on how many orbs you already spend.
the thing with sniping is that it has the potential to be very expensive and extremely frustrating so be wary.

yes TA QR makes just about any unit useable on a good unit it makes them the bane of that color, if you have all TA's it makes 0 color'd units scary since if you do it right you take nearly half dmg from everything then do defenses, so the only unit you dont bait in to death are archers and all of them run fucking LaD so they just get bodied by anything that attacks them...
