Nah, it's just underfurnished. Add a message monitor, supply console, robo control, mech control, and move all the consoles so you can use them from 1-2 tiles and get a cap encryption key to run shop. Get a cloner and cryo installed then get heads and sec backed up and check it every 20 min. It's pretty robust.

If you aren't an engineer, just use your tools to pulse an APC you don't need until you find the unlock wire. Don't worry about the short, it cycles in about 5 minutes. Then go to your apc, pulse unlock, unlock the apc cover, open it and put a fresh power cell in it to just ignore sabotage and nobody wanting to take bitch duty on an engine before shuttles called in 10 more minutes
