IIRC, this gacha was actually a 7 day event, where each day one of the servants shown had a rateup on the first (or last?) day, and in the middle each servant got 1 day as the only one available, pretty certain this was the case as that's when I got my Scathach. I think another one of the days was a rateup for both Arjuna and Karna. When the first 3 come out, use a support with an AoE noble phantasm to wipe them all out.. When the second 3 come out, burn through Herc right away and then take down Gil and Alexander. Even if you have a shitty team you should be able to clear those six. If you die on Nero, pop your command seal to revive. Even if your servants are level 40-50 you should be able to to finish that one off.

Dragon scales are gonna be shit because 1 dragon and that's it for 30 AP.

The two dogs are threat. If you don't kill them the first turn they can potentially just chain their Protection from Arrows skills and become invincible for 3 or 4 turns wearing your group down. You need to kill them first, before they can do that. I expect to see lots of tears about this tomorrow from people who are dumb and cry because it took them so long to kill the Cu's that they couldn't finish off the next wave or Nero.

for the Servants, I'll lead with aoe lvl 70 Saber Alter + lvl 50 Lancelot to ideally take out wave 1 and soften up the second. I don't have Kaleido so I'll be running Imaginary Element + a Max Meridian on them + a Waver support.
On the bench I have lvl 60 Herc (to generally smack things around), lvl 50 Cu (to counter Gil, hopefully), and lvl 50 Robin Hood (to counter Nero, hopefully).

I'm prepared to use a command seal if I need to, there's really no way to buff my team short term as I lack the monuments.

It lets them evade the next 3 attacks. Both of them have it and both of them can chain it. You could hit one with an extra attack, but one extra attack probably isn't enough to kill one of them. Make sure to kill them on the first turn before they have a chance to do it, and whatever you do, don't kill Carmilla first.
