SRS has been a tier S build for a while now and hasn't been nerfed in several leagues, might even get buffed slightly with auras gaining +radius as they level

SRS doesn't care about charges
SRS doesn't care about chill or shock
SRS is unaffected by almost every map mod
SRS has both trash clearing AND single target which is super important with double boss life
SRS is easy to gear and you can level with it from 8 onwards

it's basically the perfect skill with the only drawback keeping it from being meta is that you can't leech with it so you need non retarded positioning, i.e. shitters don't like that

If you go CI you can still comfortably reach 9-10k ES with mediocre gear, you just have to you know invest into other increased ES nodes like life builds have to invest into increased life

There is that boiling point where SRS starts to actually dominate Breach, but it definitely isn't immediate like most other good builds. The +2 six link staff with a level 19 gem will do it if you precast. You don't even need to precast if you have the +3 staff, level 21 gem, and level 4 Empower.

Guardians and Shaper are always a shitshow, but most hardcore players stay away from Chimera, which is the one that I struggle with on SRS.

Bleed was gutted and does way less damage than it used to, to compensate for this, they made a completely uninspiring keystone that only a retard would make which LITERALLY turns bleed into a worse poison
The poison changes were alright until they nerfed perfect agony and assassin making poison virtually worthless and completely inferior to ele attack skills and spells
The ignite changes made ignite a mechanic that needs to be scaled so hard, that you need to invest atleast 80% of your skilltree and all your stuff into it and even then it does around 50k damage
The only builds which even utilize fire damage over time anymore are scorching ray and RF, neither of which even use ignite

Be patient in Lab on the traps, they do %based life damage, granted now lab is a bit easier just don't get over confident. You should pretty much always use Concentrated Effect with Sunder. They're talking about going phys as % extra elemental damage though, not actually stacking elemental damage. It stacks on top of the phys heavily stuff with bleed explosions.

Arc, while you're charging it zaps things and get them low, then you blow your load and jizz all over.

CwC with lightning spells is a stupid meme, no lightning spell really benefits from that, and a simple Spell Echo will outdps CwC casting which tops at 1 cast every 0.35s. Storm Burst is best used with cold and fire spells plus EE, effectively turning the spells into a barrage of EE-procs like old CoC was. Even the reveal thread tells you this is the best way to use it.

Depends, most of the unique flasks provide massive damage boosts but are more of a luxury than a necessity, there's also an ascendancy (Pathfinder) centered around flasks which allows a much more leisure spam of flasks

DoT builds don't really need any unique flasks, there's one that provides a straight up free Vulnerability curse and good damage increase but it's far from being build defining

Belly of the beast is now costing 60-100 chaos in beta. Is this what you want lifefags? Even carcass Jack cost 30 chaos for 60 life.

Cyclone is kind of hard to build for imo. First of all you need damage on tree, you need AoE, you need MS(movement skills aren't that great there) to be able to clear well. Then you need 2+ range amulet which means Daressos only and a 2+ range weapon.

You almost need Kaom's Heart to to get a 6.5-7k while getting 200k damage with conc. Maybe it's possible to go crit also, but that must be supremely expensive.
