Yes, Verin was the catalyst to the man leaving us, and that in and of itself can be taken as a bad action.
But we cannot simply lump the blame on him for being the way he is, Argo wanted to leave, they made they painfully obvious through that entire conversation, and they just used Verin's words as an excuse to finally cut the cord and ditch the server.
This feels wrong to just blame V for this, because all he honestly did was show him the door. Argo took it.
