Is the guy who writes the pastebins in these threads? I need him to know that line 105 of the FO3/NV pastebin is misleading and faulty. You do not need to use an older version of NVSE for pirated copies of NV. The latest version works fine. Line 105 is completely unnecessary and sends people on a wild goose chase. This is the last time I'll mention it.

A bureaucratic profligate New Californian professor and known hedonist was teaching a class on President Tandi, known woman.
“Before the class begins, you must get on your knees and worship Tandi and accept that she was the greatest leader the world has ever known, even greater than Cincinnatus!”

At this moment, a brave, patriotic, pro-slavery decanus who had taken part in 1500 raids across the Colorado river and understood the Hegelian Dialectic and fully supported the assimilation of all tribes into the Legion stood up and held up an NCR dollar bill.

“What is the value of this bill?”

The arrogant professor smirked quite dissolutely and smugly replied “1 NCR dollar, you stupid Mars cultist.”

“Wrong. This bill is subject to the usurious influences of NCR money printing and hence has no real value. If it had value as you say, it would be made of the gold it is worth like the Aureus.”

The professor was visibly shaken, and dropped his chalk and copy of Keynes' The General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money. He stormed out of the room crying those profligate crocodile tears.

The students applauded and all registered as legionaries that day and accepted Caesar as their lord and savior. A bull named “Hegelian Dialectic” walked into the room and stood next to the Golden Bull standard and shed a tear on the chalk. The pledge of allegiance to Caesar was read several times, and Vulpes Inculta himself showed up to sell the women in the class into slavery.

The professor lost his tenure and was crucified the next day. He died of a profligate degenerate addiction to Jet and was tossed into The Grand Canyon for all eternity.

Ave, True to Caesar.

Randomly whenever I enter VATS my game will freeze to the point where I have to manually open the task manager, alt tab over to it (FO4 refuses to minimize when this happens), use my arrow keys to go down the TM, find FO4 process and press Delete to end it.
Has anybody ever encountered this? Are there any fixes?

Disable, zap and markfordelete works on everything. Sometimes you just need to do it more than once because you accidental deleted a light ray or something that's between you and the object.

I remember Riley's Rangers and the Dunwich building very fondly.
>>
>>184220597
Sometimes deleting an object requires that you leave and return to its cell. Hence why it's called markfordelete. You're marking it for deletion when the game is able to.
>>
>>184220267

>was that the building where a guy went in to look for his ghoulified dad and became a ghoul himself?
It was, yeah. Generally spooky with pre-war flashbacks.
>>
>>184220935
I use it all the time as standard practice. Disable first, then markfordelete to completely remove it from the game.
>>
>>184219438
What mod is that belt/trousers from?
>>
>>184221172
As long as you understand that by doing that you're irreparably editing the base .esm, and if any mod tries to edit that reference you've deleted you will hard crash everytime the game tries to load that deleted reference.

I "made" an underwear mod for New Vegas. But I need some help.

The way the mod works is by adding underwear DIRECTLY to SOME NPCs in the wasteland. Like the people bathing at the Ultra-Luxe. I know nothing of scripting, and my intention was to cover up some NPCs which shouldn't be butt naked just because you are using a "nude" replacer.

So far I've added underwear to the ones at the Ultra-Luxe (men and women), as well as the naked troopers dancing at the fountains (each one has a different underwear, which is also different to the women's of the Ultra-Luxe, figured I'd add some variety).

Anyone who has the game much more fresh in their mind than I do has any butt naked NPC to suggest? I was thinking of replacing the clothing of some of the dead women at Nipton, but I don't want to go the NVR3 route of changing stuff people aren't okay with.
>>
New Vegas is for obese neckbeard kekistan /pol/ faggots. Fallout 4 is for mature gamers who are not scared of brown people or women.
>>
>>184221868
There's also the dead caravan guards on the road south ofsloanbut frankly i always preferred the ladies in Nipton and the female caravan guard naked or in the state of undress because rape is implied.
>>
>>184221080
You can literally disable everything and everybody you probably didn't mark the right object and accidently disabled a part of ground fog or lightray in front of it.
>>
>>184222507

Thanks for the tip, anon! Yeah, the thing with NVR3 is that it went waaay towards the "LEGION IS EVIL" route. I always imagined they let the dogs in to kill whoever was hiding in there.
>>
>>184221313
>>184221727
Markfordelete removes it forever from the savegame but it doesn't edit the ESM what the hell are you on about.
I agree that you shouldn't markfordelete unless you're absolutely sure what you're doing, but you don't irreparably edit the .esm either.

I just remembered that there are dead female NCR soldies at Cook-Cooks camp but considering he's literally described as a rapist and canibal, they should probably really be naked.
>>
>>184223427

Yup! I think I'll make changes as I see them. I'm in New Vegas already, and I don't think I remember any NPC that shouldn't have underwear.

I'll probably add other changes of my own. Izumiko made a dedicated mod of his own that adds some pretty cool underwear. I could probably make Sarah Weintraub sell Vault-Tec underwear.

Lots of buildings like this (this auction house is just a copy and pasted Faneuil Hall, you can even find the Live And Love magazine in the floor above, every single interior in the mod is the same shit, just copied and pasted interiors from the main game, unique items, keys, bobbleheads and all.) and lots of quests that went nowhere interesting.

I was under the impression that most players used one of the mods that removed the player voice anyway, it's bewildering that anyone would opt to put up with that mediocre voice-work when they have the option to avoid it and the restrictions it puts on your chracter altogether.

Yeah but Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 exist and they're allegedly canon so basically anything that any mod author does might as well also be canon because aliens caused the war with CHIM
>Using beloved factions to push agenda
Not sure what you mean by this but again it's not like Bethesda hasn't set a precedent of doing exactly this within alleged canon >Modern Weapons
Not got an issue witht that desu.
>NCR has tons of Vertibirds XD
Again, not verging much off the precedent already set by Bethesda within alleged canon anyway, Vertibirds are apparently now just extremely easy to manufacture and maintain to the point that the pre-war military made some for fun with the ablity to teleport to the entrance to a vault within seconds of confirmation of a nuclear strike decades before vertibirds even existed.
>cawaduddy tier
desu nah, from what I've seen of the quests they've shown they're legitimately better than New Vegas quests even:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zrze3kSr8A8
Bearing in mind that's apparently a typical side-quest. I'm doubtful of such a claim but even that sidequest is miles ahead of most sidequests in either 3, 4 or even New Vegas.

I may not like these particular faces (except for Pearl and the Boomer guy), but it goes to show that GameBryo is hot garbage and Fallout would be much better suited to an engine where developers can't simply randomnize their way to NPC faces.

Seriously, GameBryo is only good because Bethesda games are shit that need to be modded to hell and back to be enjoyable.

How do you guys store shit away from settlers?

Mods such as the one that allows you to lock / unlock doors / containers - creates lots of problems at cell resets around the world and the creator did not come to check it for a long time.

So mods aside, what's the solution?

Locks work fine senpai, literally no issues with cell resets, nothing goes anywhere.

If you're not using mods, platform with stairs removed and replaced only when you need access, but even then settlers may teleport up there to grab your nukes and save you from that radroach on your ankle.

Other thing you could try is separate interiors like commonwealth bunkers mod or just the root cellar in sanctuary.

I've hit a bump in making my underwear mod.

I need UV MAP help. I'm a noob when it comes to UV maps, I know nothing about them. I need a tool that lets me grab an existing mesh and adjust the UV map so that it fits better a new texture.

For example: I have an underwear mesh. I want to give that mesh a different underwear texture, that of a Vault suit. If I change the texture paths, the texture gets messed up because the UV map wasn't designed for that texture. What program can I use to let me skillfully rearrange the UV map so that the texture looks good?

Originally I had tried to adapt the Vault suit texture into the underwear texture... but it's a pain in the ass and I doubt any "pro" works like that.

Thanks in advance!

>do recycleactor on your follower to update those changes
>or you can select them and do slm ID and make one small edit, like changing hairstyle or something which will update the appearance

Just note that recycleactor will remove all the followers items from their inventory and also reset their affinity. You can fix the affinity via the console. Before doing it, you can select them and type getav ca_affinity and then after recycling them do setav ca_affinity # (# being whatever the number was)

I've found the recycleactor method to be the most reliable even though it's a bit messy. Doing the slm on the follower has worked for me before but it often makes them invisible or completely removes their collision. Just make sure to make a hard save beforehand so you can safely chicken out. I'm waiting for my game to implode from doing it but so far so good.

>First time you meet him he literally says "i KNEW they would send someone after me"
Yeah, Kellogg, as he mentions.

>How does he shield himself from radiation?
This is a stupid question given that Honest Hearts was all about a guy who hid in a cave while the outrisde radiation was too high to survive. The radiation doesn't go into the cave more then a few feet past the entrance.

>Who could possibly know that he's instititute?
The guy walking around with high tech equipment, a institute lab coat, and a high level of scientific knowledge?

Now way he could be Institute!

IT also wouldn't be that hard to figure out given that he is totally ignorant of how sahit o nthe surface works

Oh, so you're saying he knew they wouldn't send a courser after him because he wasn't important, but he knew they would send Kellog after him and that's why he hid in thge Glowing Sea. O-okay.

And he just sits in his cave until he dies? Never ever leaving the cave?
What does he he eat? What does he drink?

And he can't change his clothes? Why?
Is that some kind of institute brainwashing that prevents institute people from dropping their pants? That would be insidious.

>Oh, so you're saying he knew they wouldn't send a courser after him because he wasn't important, but he knew they would send Kellogg after him and that's why he hid in the Glowing Sea
Coursers are sent to recover synths, not to hunt down normal people.

They explain this several times.

>And he just sits in his cave until he dies? Never ever leaving the cave?
He seems perfectly content to live out his life in that cave. I doubt he can stand the world after knowing he is responsible for so many of the super mutants on the surface.

>What does he he eat? What does he drink?
He gets water the same way Randal did in Zion when it was too radioactive to go outside, caves have natural water sources in them a lot of the time.

>And he can't change his clothes? Why?
What is he going to change his clothes with? he has no money to buy new ones, nor is he going to be able to go into town dressed as an Institute scientist without having everyone kill him.

Not to mention the vast number of raiders everywhere else, and his general lack of combat ability, makes his survival chances out in the wastes low.

I always love it when people ask really stupid and obvious questions.

What wait. You said he knew he wasn't important enough to have coursers send after him. And that he knew they would send the one human in their employment to find him in the one place where robots would have been more sensible than humans.

His cave is considerably small enough to look for water sources and there are none. Also what does he eat anyway? Rocks?
Randal mentions pre-war survivalist caches he found, and his hideout also had fungii and other plantlife growing in them.

And he could have bought clothes from the Children of Atom, who said they traded with him. And then leave to the edges of the glowing sea. While he was still a supermutant. Who wouldn't be affected by radiation.

There's a considerable amount of caves that have water in FO4. So it's not a engine limitation.

And i can stroll through any area in COA clothing so it's not an issue for anyone else.

And he did make his way to the cave in the first place so it's fair to assume he was hardy or clever enough to make it back again.
>>
>>184250565
>like all the other super mutants
Nice generalization. I guess you could say though that he wants to cure himself so that he can live as a human again with all his faculties intact. Pretty much exactly what I said.

He's in that cave because he's hiding from the institute. When the institute gets blown up then he has no reason to remain there and he should be jumping at the chance to lead a life outside of the glowing sea. Just because he's ex-institute doesn't mean he's going to get killed and he has plenty of options to leave the Commonwealth.

He doesn't want to become stupid and lose motor function. To what end? He obviously hasn't lost his intelligence yet and he finds working with large hands awkward. What's he going to do when he's human? He can't achieve anything from that cave unless he leaves.

Also, as for the courser thing. Do you really think the institute wouldn't start using coursers for wetwork once then they lose their only asset that was filling that role?

Except he could achieve generalizing his cure for all super mutants, as he mentions.

>Also, as for the courser thing. Do you really think the institute wouldn't start using coursers for wetwork once then they lose their only asset that was filling that role?

How does anyone survive? He made it to the glowing sea which is already no easy feat. All he needs to do is leave and pop the cure once he reaches safety. Like I said before, the SS can facilitate this.

>Yet being the key word, but he mentions hes noticing the first signs. He has only been a super mutants for like a month by the time you reach him.
And what?

>Except he could achieve generalizing his cure for all super mutants, as he mentions.
And how does he distribute it if he's stuck in that cave? You need to check your pot/kettle interface before you tell someone else to think their points through before stating them.

>No, because they got you to do that, and if they didn't, they are dead anyways since you destroyed them.
Kellogg is dead for quite a while before the SS joins the Institute and gets to the stage where they're doing jobs for them.

It's stupidly easy for a super mutant, which he was at the time.

>And what?
And what what?

>And how does he distribute it if he's stuck in that cave?
If he has found a cure, he could turn himself into a super mutant again(since he has the FEV), leave, turn himself back, then distribute it.

Not to mention, we know the BoS is watching him.

> Kellogg is dead for quite a while before the SS joins the Institute and gets to the stage where they're doing jobs for them.

Again you generalize. Travis was raised in the environment and you see what he's like. How many settlements get wiped out? He has as much a chance as anyone, moreso because he's already endured more than a lot of wastelanders.

>It's stupidly easy for a super mutant, which he was at the time.
Like I said, he can leave as a super mutant. He also still has that experience that he can apply as a human.

>If he has found a cure, he could turn himself into a super mutant again(since he has the FEV), leave, turn himself back, then distribute it.

Okay so Virgil can just go to Diamond City. The SS can vouch for him or he can lie low. The SS can even send him off to countless settlements that are incredibly well defended like he/she does with many other people they meet.

There are plenty of options for him that Bethesda could've included but no, he stays in that cave for no justifiable reason. As a human he is more at risk of harm there than in the Commonwealth.

>they would ore likely find someone else on the surface and recuit him to take Kellogg's place
How long would that take? They say it themselves that they don't let outsiders in unless they go through a huge vetting process. >They're sure as shit not going to hire some merc band to take out Virgil.

They could but I can't see the institute working with these groups. They're an unknown and they can't be trusted to get the job done. I also imagine it'd be a bit of a stretch to expect any of those groups to head into the glowing sea to kill a super mutant.

You have to be mentally retarded, or very sheltered, to think that they would let him in, even in those circumstances

Nice argument why. You can say its safer from now until hell freezes over, but its objectively not based on the number of threats he would have to face in the situation.

Few other variants, just search "courser armor" and pick whichever one you want
>>
>>184258515
Why? If we assume that the armor plating is at least on the level of AR500 steel then the armor is already impervious to small arms fire. Said plates are only 10-15mm thick which means that the suit doesn't need to be this bulky. Bethesda have been shitting on lore all game long so why not introduce a new PA suit that is fast, light, with muffled servos engineered by the Institute or something. Would certainly offer an alternative to everyone that can't stand the stompy nature of the redesigned PA.

>>184258713
Just to make sure we're talking about the same thing. When i say slim and form fitting power armor i'm not talking about regular armor that looks like PA. I'm talking about a PA frame you climb into with armor plates tightly wrapped around the limbs and torso, you know, form fitting and slim.

So
-The NCR controls California, and parts of Nevada and ORegon
-The Legion is in Arizona, New Mexico, most of Colorado, and much of Utah
-The north, basically everything between Seattle and Minneapolis is nothing but wilderness.
-Much of the populated Midwest is controlled by the Midwestern Brotherhood
-Maxson's BoS is the big boy on the block on the East coast from Maine down to Virginia.

That really only leaves the south left to explore.

No, its sad that Obsidian purposefully didn't bother to answer important questions about the base game, just so they could sell it off as DLC.

Good DLC expands upon the game world, but isn't needed to get a full conclusion to any particular narrative point of the vanilla game.

>all the mentions of the Divide and Ulysses build up

Worst part of the foreshadowing, to be honest. Johnson Nash's dialogue is AWFUL, both in the lines AND in the delivery.

In other news: Beyond the Beef is the most amazing quest in New Vegas by far. I never gave it much thought before, but I appreciate it much more now: the quest is on a whole different level when your character isn't some min-maxed fucker with high skills in everything.

My character is Stealth oriented and so I had to pickpocket the members' key from one of the White Glove guards, then I put on a disguise to infiltrate the kitchen. My skills weren't high enough to convince Phillipe to leave (or have him locked) so I had literally no choice but to kill him (with my .22 pistol). Then, my Early Bird trait made it so that I couldn't cook the Imitation Strange Meat Pie on my own, and my Intelligence was low because of that too so that was out of the question.

I ended up drugging the Wine with Med-X, calling the waiter, freeing Ted and exiting to the dining room with everyone drugged. Then I used my Mister Sandman Perk to kill Mortimer in his sleep (because I wasn't going to let that fucker get away with it), and everyone magically snapped out of coma and murdered me.

G O A T R P G
>>
>>184263334
Beyond the Beef is easily one of the most retarded quests in New Vegas, and the whole premise falls apart in an instant if you put any thought into it.
>>
>>184263304
>didn't bother to answer important questions about the base game
What important questions concerning thebase game plot where left unanswered though?
The story of Elijah, Cristine and Ulysses has no impact on the base games story.

Or do you mean they shouldn't have foreshadowed them in the first place?

>>
>>184263720
No it's not. The plot premise of the game revolves around the Hoover Damn conflict. The BOS is of no consequence in NV exactly because they are just a shell huddling in a bunker.Just a side faction of no importance to the greter scheme. They aren't any more important to the plot than the Khans or Boomers.
>>
>>184263725
Don't encourage him, it's the "everything Obsidian ever did is retarded and NV is the wrost game THE WORST" shitposter fishing for (You)s
>>
>>184264107
But he's right though. It falls apart as soon as you stop playing the game on autopilot.
>>
>>184263725
Well
A. The idea that Mortimer wouldn't know who the person his followers kidnapped was, despite the fact he is the son of a high profile guest, is nonsensical.

B. If he did know, that just makes it even more stupid, because kidnapping people in the hotel that you are eating them in only draws attention to the Ultra-Lux, which would stain its reputation, and draw suspicion towards it, making any further kidnappings more publicized, and threatening to unravel the whole scheme.

C. Kidnapping him in general is just plain stupid given that his father is a brahmin baron, and any action taken against him or his family would result in the situation that it does in-game, a blockade of the Strip's food, which would ruin the hotel in the long run.

D. His notion that "since we all committed the crime, they can't punish us" makes no sense, since they didn't do it willingly. In all reality, all that would happen is that the members who gave up on cannibalism, would be disgusted with Mortimer, and he and his followers would be placed in jail, while the non-followers wouldn't for not knowing.

E. The fact that Carlyle St. Clair III exists, escaped from the Ultra-Lux, and is now living in a shack, instead of doing ANYTHING to try to uncover what Mortimer was doing makes no fucking sense. If anything, the fact that one person was already kidnapped, and escaped, would bring the shit down on them already, with the second disappearance being even more of a big thing then it is in-game.

The list goes on, but the whole quest has more plot holes in it then "I fought the Law" or "Whodunit" from Oblivion.

>A. The idea that Mortimer wouldn't know who the person his followers kidnapped was, despite the fact he is the son of a high profile guest, is nonsensical.

Not sure what you mean here. I did the quest myself: Mortimer does know who the persons their followers kidnapped is. It's why he asks for your help to begin with. It was his colleagues who fucked up. This goes for point C as well.

I can't speak for E since I never followed that path, but I agree with B and D, ESPECIALLY D. It would have been far simpler to have most of the people side with Mortimer saying "this is fucking tasty, I want more!" which thus solves the problem entirely. The goal still stands: let Mortimer expose himself first, and then prove that he was lying all along by showing up alongside Ted.

To be fair, if this was Van Buren, it probably would be fleshed out more, considering that Hoover Dam there is the big focal point of the Brotherhood-NCR War, although Ceasar trying to take Hoover Dam was pretty important too
The Brotherhood-NCR War really takes a backseat, off the top of my head I can't recall much dialogue about it except they're still fighting back in California but not as much in the Mojave(for obvious reasons)

NVs story is about Hoover Damn and the three factions struggling for the figurative and literal power it represents.
Everybody else is just fluff.
Yeah the BOS is important in Californias greater history but they are of no importance to the plot of NV besides being one of the quest checkboxes the player has to tick off for the three major players.

So if someone ocmplains that the basegame could have more information about Elijah and the BOS in general i do agree, i would also like to hear more about the history of the Khans between FO1 and NV but neither is of relevance to the plot.

I might get bullied for it but probably Vault 87 in FO3.
I still remember playing FO3 the first time and finding the first corpse of a FEV subject and being terrified beyond belief because i was convinced i was going to come across living subjects right around the next corner.

Adds to the horror because it implies the scale of the operation is so great that even the one with the greatest idea of exactly what's going on doesn't know the full details of the plan. It implies a grander scale to both the casino and the White Glove society which isn't present in the game and the idea that they're so above the law they simply have no reason to concern themselves with the weight that a high profile rancher might be able to throw around anywhere else.

The idea of the baron being able to blockade the strip always seemed like sheer bluster to me, the threat seemed more in that House would get involved and punish them in some way.

It's more about exploiting the tribes culture which a large portion would prefer to return to, again adding to the horror of the scenario because it's not that they literally have no choice if they all partake in the meal rather it's giving them a moral justification so that they can say to themselves that their hand was forced when really many of them had been craving human flesh for decades, it's stated time and time again in the Fallout series that consumption of human flesh leads to somethign not unlike a chem addiction where the person that ate the human flesh is driven to consume more or risk severe withdrawal.
>E
He believes himself to be lying low from a faction that he thinks is actively hunting him and one that despite his status he can't do anything about, this as well heightens the horror, even a man from an (presumably) especially prestigious such as Carlyle St. Clair III is deeply afraid of the reach of the White Glove Society and with good reason as even his attempts to lie low are a miserable failure, the White Glove Society simply doesn't consider pursuing him a valuable use of their time.

It's a DLC, so content is limited, i understand that.
I would have actually liked a New Vegas-Tier expansion with The Pitt as a location. With more people to interact with, more locations and so on. I think the area had more potential than they achieved with the DLC.

I much prefered Dunwich pre-DLC and 4 because it was a totally optional area that it didn't seem as though Bethesda were actually trying to make a legit part of the setting. The lethally irradiated main entrance is retarded because it means there's literally no way to produce more supermutants because anyone brought through that radiation would either die shortly after or enter the early stages of ghoulifciation making FEV useless.
Also "That's because the GECK releases radiation which is vented outside"
No.

A Mad Max refrence in entirely the wrong part of the map for it to make sense, a Mad Max reference which is vital to plot progression and is referenced in later games, a Mad Max reference which makes the settings greatest threat pre-Enclave and thus the Brotherhoods total shift in mission totally redundant as they block the only safe entrance into Vault 87 which the mutants would secure upon their first discovery of the auxillary entrance but apparently a town of literal children with 3 (three) guns between them and an extremely unsustainable population model has prevented the literal super-humans from leaving their vault and creating more mutants since the very start of the war.

The lethal radiation in the Geck chamber is flooded into it from an external source for L I T E R A L L Y no reason.

No, they wouldn't have access to an advanced (given the distribution method and ease of use) highly experimental material developed under top-secret conditions on the otherside of the country.

The modified version of FEV used by the Enclave was not even remotely the same as the gaseous FEV found in Fallout 3, the modified FEV in 2 was a lethal toxin, not a mutagen.

The Enclave accesses the vault from either a lethally irradiated entrance (which isn't even shown connected to the vault when you're insid it) or through Little Lamplight (presumably by saving another child from slavery or some shit because no children are dead or even remember meeting the Enclave) then they presumably hide in the rafters waiting for you to get FEV rather than simply using the same method they entered through the main entrance. Cont.

The most reasonable method for their gaining access to Vault 87 of course being the use of their coma-inducing radioactive immunity drug before having whoever amongst them that drew the shortstraw dragging the comatose figure into the entrance of the Vault before succumbing to the radiation and being replaced by whoever in the unit drew the second-shortest straw etc.
This is literally the most reasonable excuse for how they even got into the vautl, that's how retarded this entire scenario is.
Then once they're in they use a magic pulse grenade that doesn't exist in the world to "shut down" your nervous system (because apparently the Lone Wanderer is a fucking robot now? What sort of dumbfuck excuse is that you legitimate retard?). Of course they never think to use such a useful grenade ever again in their war against the Brotherhood or in securing Project Purity because why would they? That would make sense and literally nothing the Enclave does in the entire game makes sense.

>Needing to get into the cave for outside maintenance

A need which totally makes redundant the vault in the first place and which no other vault in the entire series posesses. Of course. Makes perfect sense.

That's why the super mutants of Vault 87 are so retarded, the massive radiation damage from being taken in via the main entrances heavily corrupts their DNA.

>A Mad Max refrence in entirely the wrong part of the map for it to make sense,
How is it in the wrong part of the map to make sense?

Also, the super mutants don't go through Little Lamplight because they just use the main entrance, and kids dont mutate in FEV orrectly, so they are left alone.

>The lethal radiation in the Geck chamber is flooded into it from an external source for L I T E R A L L Y no reason.
Besides to keep it from irradiating the whole vault....

>No, they wouldn't have access to an advanced (given the distribution method and ease of use) highly experimental material developed under top-secret conditions on the otherside of the country.
You mean like they wouldn't have access to all the other highly experimental advanced technologies used in the Vault project?

Hell, even Big MT was giving Vault-Tec their technology to preserve in cases like Vault 22.

>The modified version of FEV used by the Enclave was not even remotely the same as the gaseous FEV found in Fallout 3, the modified FEV in 2 was a lethal toxin, not a mutagen.
Its still a virus that has the ability to infect people while in a gaseous state.

That the Enclave reprogrammed it to kill any mutant doesn't change the fact FEV still works as a gas, and could just as easily be reprogrammed to mutate as a gas as well.

>The Enclave accesses the vault from either a lethally irradiated entrance (which isn't even shown connected to the vault when you're insid it)
Except if you go back into Vault 87 after escaping Raven Rock, the door Autumn came in is still open, and it leads directly to the vault's main entrace, with a fully functional Vault door.

Huh. Didn't know that Vault 87 had an actual "real" entrance with a gear door, didn't think to go back to 87 to check where Autumn came from. According to the wiki:
>The overseer's terminal states, "I'm quite sad to report that due to a direct hit from what I presume to be a nuclear weapon on the entry area of Vault 87, we will be unable to provide the Scouting Reports as outlined in Vault-Tec's Operations Manual. The main door to Vault 87 is damaged beyond repair and we are detecting extremely high levels of lethal radiation outside and in the entry tunnel.

So the enclave just fixed the main door console instead of dealing with the radiation or lamplight bullshit? Why couldn't I fix it with 100 science and 100 repair?
>>
>>184277769
>That's why the super mutants of Vault 87 are so retarded
Except it isn't because anyone surviving that radiation long enough for the gas to take effect would be undergoing the early stages of ghoulifcation and thus they would just die rather than mutate.

>How is it in the wrong part of the map to make sense?
Because it's attatched to Vault 87, they could very easily have seperated the two, there is no reason for the two to be connected at all.
>Also, the super mutants don't go through Little Lamplight because they just use the main entrance
Except they don't because it's impossible for them to maintain their population by doing so.

>The radiation generated by an external source is flooded into a room containing a vital part of the vault project because if they weren't flooding the radiation generated to flood the Geck room into the Geck room then where would they flush it??
They could just not generate radiation for the sole purpose of making a room inaccessible for L I T E R A L L Y N O R E A S O N

>Big MT as a private entity giving shit to vaults to gain funding for their projects which were all impractically insane (that being the whole point of the DLC) is the same as the military giving a top secret and highly experimental biological weapon to Vault-Tec "because".
No.

>Its still a virus that has the ability to infect people while in a gaseous state.
With the intent to kill rather than mutate which was what the entire purpose of even having it in a liquid form where the subjects would be totally submerged was, simply inhaling an agent would not have the effects that total submersion would have.
>FEV still works as a gas
Except it doesn't the modified FEV used by the Enclave is a totally different beast despite having the same basis, the most likely reason for its lethality is that it breaks down cell composition much like un-modified FEV without repairing and rebuilding the cells thus you'd only need it as a gas. cont.

>Except it isn't because anyone surviving that radiation long enough for the gas to take effect would be undergoing the early stages of ghoulifcation
You seem to think that radiation works in lore like it does in-game. IT does not.

You do not just drop dead the second you hit 1000 rads, you die, slowly, and painfully, so long as you get gased before then, you would turn into a super mutant.

>Because it's attatched to Vault 87, they could very easily have seperated the two, there is no reason for the two to be connected at all.
Besides the fact ti servers as a narrative barrier into getting into Vault 87, which was the point.

>Except they don't because it's impossible for them to maintain their population by doing so.
WHY. You have yet to explain why this is.

>No.
Big MT was a private contractor, West-Tek, the creators of FEV, was also a private contractor.

Both worked for the government, which was controled by The Enclave, which was a co-conspirator with Vault-Tec.

Its literally the exact same situation.

> simply inhaling an agent would not have the effects that total submersion would have.
And it doesn't, hence why Vault 87 super mutants are different from their west coast brethren.

>the most likely reason
Aka headcanon, like most of your argument.
>>
>>184277769
In order for FEV to work as a mutagen like it does total subemersion over an extended period is necessary to totally restructure all cells of the subjects body.

>Except if you go back into Vault 87 after escaping Raven Rock, the door Autumn came in is still open, and it leads directly to the vault's main entrace
From the wiki:
"The door can be "used", and it will be opened/closed via a mechanical arm (just like in other vaults with working doors); however, there is nothing on the other side except for a small platform that opens into empty space."
So the Enclave can travel through the cell void? Truly such an advanced level of CHIM is beyond my mortal comprehension.

>The drug doesn't induce a coma you idiot.
It literally does, Autumn falls into a coma upon taking it and is then revived at Raven Rock.

>The scenario is only seemingly retarded becuase90% of it is literal bullshit you made up
Except literally none of it is, it's the only given example aside from Ghoulifcation where someone is capable of achieving total immunity to extremely lethal radiation.

>Except pulse grenades are all over the place.
Not ones that knock characters out for a day you legitimate fucking mongoloid.

>hurr EMP grenades shut down the nervous system
(you)

>Except they have
Except they don't because they quite fucking blatantly don't have the same effect as a pulse grenade you cock-gobbling spastic.

>Vault 22
I'll grant you that, the only other one in the series is the one underneath the school and in that example it's clearly not a totally external cave but rather it's part of the vault itself used as a training course you spastic.
>>
>>184279713
It doesn't matter if they make any profit off it idrectly.

So long as mods exist one could argue that Bethesda knows modders will always add a bunch of shit to their games, so that means they can save themselves money by not putting as much work into the game and letting

What's so difficult to understand about the difference here? Mods are not something they control or can make a profit from, but setting up the CC is something they can profit from. Also with this any mods that come too close to stuff they've made and are charging for means they'll do everything to ensure they're the only ones you can get it from.

Autumn fell into a coma for the same reason the player does at the end of the base game, he just got hit with a near lethal dose of radiation and his body shut down. I don't know where you got the idea the drug caused it.

>Except literally none of it is, it's the only given example aside from Ghoulifcation where someone is capable of achieving total immunity to extremely lethal radiation.
Again, radiation does not work in-game like it does IRL.

>In order for FEV to work as a mutagen like it does total subemersion over an extended period is necessary to totally restructure all cells of the subjects body.
It is do so easily, but remember, Vault 87 FEV transformation is mind breakingly painful. Likely because its a gas.

>(you)
I said it disrupted it, not that it shut it down.

>Except they don't because they quite fucking blatantly don't have the same effect as a pulse grenade you cock-gobbling spastic.
Again, you do understand that gameplay =/= lore right?

Operation Anchorage was all about how the Chinese pulse field would shut down the PA of the American troops... despite the fact it never does that in-game because its a fucking game.

There is no justifiable reason, whatsoever, to have Little Lamplight be an integral part of the games story, it is not in anyway necessary and aside from a couple offhand references to the supermutants by the children (which could just as well be references to any supermutants anywhere if the settlement were anywhere else) the two areas don't even acknowledge eachother.

>lol let's kick out the oldest, most physically strong, most intelligent, likely most-well armed members of the population whom have birthed children and would most likely quite like to raise their children themselves into the fucking wasteland, thereby separating them from the only consistent sources of food and water they know of. FEV was a West Tek invention, developed for the Military. For a few months the FEV was sent to Mariposa because of security concerns.

If Preston Garvey's anything to go off of, there's a fair degree of altruism to the Minutemen. Hard to tell since there's ~3 named Minutemen that are still alive

Traditional American values like "boy I hope this raider doesn't burn down my farm and rape my son" and "boy I hope this super mutant doesn't burn down my farm and eat my son" and "boy I hope this feral doesn't shamble awkwardly at my farm and shamble awkwardly at my son"

I'll give you the rest, but you have to realize there is barely anything to the Minutemen, there's no views binding them together other than communal protection. Not to mention, the whole point of the Vault Experiment was to test various situations and technologies that would aid the Enclave in surviving after leaving earth on a spaceship.

That's what bothers me the most about the Minutemen. No way to setup patrols, capture locations keeping them (CLEARED), no way to negotiate with other factions, raiders or Gunners. Like capturing/negotiating with the raiders at the Federal Ration Stockpile should give a huge bonus to food, the Saugus Ironworks give a huge bonus to steel. I wanted the option to clear a location, plant the Minuteman flag outside at every random location, have it spawn 2-3 mintemen and from then on that location would be raider/supermutant/ghoul free.

The only BoS known operating further east then the mojave is the Midwestern branch that goes from Chicago to Colorado, which is where the Legion's eastern border is.

Also, both the east and west coast groups worship Maxson in one way or another, while the Midwest abandoned those ideals, so they are the only ones who could logically not know of Maxson

Ghouls. Cambridge College Square Station is where they made their last stand. There's a note saying:
>Ricca's dead. Only a couple of us made it inside. We couldn't hold the entrance- there were just too many. Only way we could go was down. We'll hole up for a few days, wait for the Ghouls to move on, then get outta here.
Next to a corpse there. If you bring a companion they comment on how the ghouls won in the end.

We don't know what any of these people truly believe. Like I said, the first job isn't to represent your constituents, it's to get re-elected so the few things you got to change aren't swept out by the next guy, and so you can consolidate your power further. The political process here is pretty schiesty but it's a systemic problem, and in spite of all that's wrong with it it still works, for now anyway. There's a lot to demonize politicians about but flipping is something they all have to do and try to hide.

Fast, dedicated charges by determined assaulting forces can overwhelm static defenders that aren't ready, and from there you're in retreat trying to fight back against a tide of these things, or running for your life. Some of your friends are dead, some aren't fighting but fleeing, and raiders aren't exactly known for discipline or courage. And bear in mind these things just bowl into people in groups of five or six and just tear them to pieces, imagine seeing that happen.

Because of the great war, you know, the thing that killed or turned 99% of America's population?

I mean, America pre-war was reaching 400,000,000 people. and California is the state with the largest population.

Even by the time of New Vegas, the NCR's population is only around 1 million, or just over it, and thats after 200 years, and having the safest lands in the post-war world.

An absolutely HUGE number of pre-war people got turned into ferals during the war. Many millions across the nation.

I mean, even if they don't taste good, deathclaws would probably still eat them. Or the Alphas get to eat the wild radstags / yao guai / brahmin and fresh food, then let the betas eat all the crappy stuff.

I also imagine Yao guai probably eat ferals too. And the giant bugs. And the mirelurks. There'd have to be millions of ferals to sustain all those monsters out there. I really doubt the animals are just eating each other, the ecosystem in Fallout is all kinds of fucked.

Post war America has plenty of both
>>

Well then I've just had a moment of fridge horror / brilliance

All the monsters out there live on ferals

Maybe that's why Deathclaws are always angry and stomping their little feetses. They can't find anything that tastes good. And there's somewhat of an ecosystem in place, but eventually all of the ghouls will be eaten up or dead. Might take a while though!

Also you might have to use TCL to get "inside" the shelf, then click on it. You're probably clicking on fog surrounding it, or not actually clicking on it due to some environmental stuff near it.

If it says non-reference object that usually means you clicked on something that can't be edited. That sort of thing happens a TON in areas with tons of fog, too.

Start in a safe NO GUNS area, eat cereal while watching the local news, supposed to go to work at the local TV factory doing a standard 8 to 5 shift, instead of commuting to work you decide to go east and see the "real" world like very tourist in New Vegas. Leave the Tutorial City of Shady Sands and end up in raider infested wasteland where clean water and non-irradiated food is rare. Can always go back to the NCR and see the bad end wageslave ending, or eliminate local threats building up the local raiders into your own empire.

I think this is one of the first times any DLC has interacted with another DLC.

Back in the Fallout 3/NV days, it was a hard rule that DLC couldn't interact with other DLC.

Though I think this only works becuase automotrons are just another part of the settlement system, so they are REALLY interacting with the Automatron DLC, and its more like both DLC are interacting with the same base mechanic.

But then again, no other BEthesda game had the settlement building system, which the automatron DLC is really just an expansion of, and likewise, the Nuka world stuff is an addition onto the vanilla building system also, and not a DLC specific system.

Fallout 3 was different though because it was the only faction you could align with.
In Fallout 4 you could align with 4 factions with 2 of them necessitating the destruction of the Brotherhood and the third allowing the player to destroy them if they want.
This coupled with the Reddit audience constantly whining about "muh fascism" means that if the Brotherhood does appear in the next game it's going to be them at a weakened state after getting beaten in 4.

Lol, tell me you aren;t this retarded.

The canon ending will be a Minutemen once(since that faction is pushed as the first and best one), where both the BoS and Railraod are spared.

The BoS wont take over The Commonwealth like they did the Capital Wasteland, but they will get a nice haul of technology, make deals with local settlements, and get more recruits(not to mention fixing up Prime)

They wont have the same windfall as they did when they beat The Enclave, but they will get more powerful as a result.

This map is shit though for many reasons
A. It greatly misplaces the Sentinel site and the crater of atom

B. It extends The Commonwealth beyond the borders of Massachusetts, when it doesn't go out that far

C. It assumes the BoS control Philly and NYC, when holotapes from Fallout 4 mention they simply flew over those cities from their territory, not that they control them.

D. The idea that the Broken Banks is the out banks in north Carolina is a fan theory, one that doesn't line up with what we know about the major regions of the east coast in Fallout 3 and 4.

In short, that map is pure garbage

Philly and NYC are just heaps of raiders and mutants, with no real civilization.

You can't influence anything when nothing is there
>>
>>184300465
They sent recon teams past the area and know enough about them to know they're not worth their time, so obviously one can assume it's within their sphere of influence/intelligence.
>>
>>184300465
>you can't influence anything when nothing is there

The point of a sphere of influence isn't that you actively influence it, it's the ability to influence it actively. Britain rarely actively influences the Commonwealth Nations, but they're within the sphere of influence all the same, no?

At least in ES6, since you'll be building imperial colonies.

Todd wants ES7 to be the whole of Tamriel, so I'm guessing you'll play as the Emperor following a horrible disaster rebuilding the Septim Empire.

The problem with this it that it depends again on the question whether or not ghouls need to eat.

If they need food and water it seems highly unlikely that millions of ghouls could roam across the US continent like a swarm of locusts consuming everything in their path for 200 years, especially if we consider a nuclear winter destroying all crops for a considerable amount of time.
If we consider the inital blasts followed by the famine and fallout decimating wildlife as well there would simply not be enough food for a hunter/gatherer population numbering in the millions.

To be fair the debate and rivalry concerning Nvidia Gameworks seemingly intentionally sabotaging performance was heated between 2013-2015. People cared a lot back then.
Everything has been said and done years ago and Nvidia pretty much came out on top of the battle.
And i'm saying that as an AMD user as well. Though even if i owned a Nvidia card i would still be pissed at Gameworks because it's been proven since Crysis 2 that Gameworks even runs ass on Nvidia.

Very. American states aren't all that important individually.
And based on everything the game says the "Commonwealth" means the in-game area. Nothing implies that Springfield and things west of the in-game area were under the CPG, so why would you assume that all of Mass = CW?
>>

Not does anything ever imply the CPG actually represented the whole Commonwealth, it was just a name they took because they were in The Commonwealth.

So, when the Prydwen enters the in-game area from west of Fort Hagen, they've been inside Mass for a while obviously, so why would they choose then, as they cross the border into the in-game commonwealth, to make their announcement to the citizens of the commonwealth? The modauthor pretty much replaced all Geckos with tunnelers and all Brahmin with Deathclaws.
So the area around Goodsprings to Nipton f.e. is an absolute hellhole populated by a veritable army of tunnelers while the area between Freeside and Nellis is now a Dethclaw Stronghold.

Yes, but that doesn't imply they controlled everything they claimed.

If we assume the PRydwen travels at the same top speed as the Hindenburg, which was about 85MPH, the Prydwen would have only been in the Commonwealth for 30 minutes before reaching The in-game map area.

No one would have been able to travel the miles on foot in that time to tell anyone else in the game map area.

Not to mention that, unless you haen't noticed, o nthe East Coast, almost everyone i packed into one of five major urban centers, those being

So the Prydwen flew over it and never mentioned the other settlements of the commonwealth? Because I was implying they would say something. They have more to say about New York than the area outside of Boston.

Face it anon, until further notice the Abbey of the road being west of the in-game commonwealth is correct, as there is literally nothing else suggesting that anybody calls anything but the in-game Commonwealth "The Commonwealth". >If they didn't control it who would be there to call it the Commonwealth?

>So once again, if there isn't anybody out there to call it the Commonwealth why do you assume it's the Commonwealth?
I said largely depopulated wilderness, as we see in places like Point Lookout and Zion, those areas are not totally devoid of life.

Also, again, the loading screen outright states that the STATE of Mass, not just one area of it, was called The Commonwealth post-war.

>So the Prydwen flew over it and never mentioned the other settlements of the commonwealth?
Why would they? Its a bunch of small survivalist communities of little to no note, just like everyone else in the far wastelands.

NYC is actually a big city worth mentioning.

Well
A. There was no backlash from Fallout 3's religious tone, hell, most people still seem to be unaware of how the main quest was a giant Jesus allegory

B. As mentioned before, the Railraod was mentioned by name, and function, in Vanilla Fallout 3, and The Abbey was mentioned in Point Lookout as not being from The Commonwealth, and being a religious order dedicated to gathering holy relics.

>Then how do they get there? Swim?
DiMA or one of his agents find them and brings them there by boat, they met up with one of the guys working at the shops in Far Harbor(who is a synth) and he directs them to Longfollow who takes them to Acadia.

>Actually didn't know that, but I thought it was Nick who sent you there? Or is this just another way to initiate it other than the broadcast?
Nick doesn't send you there, no one "sends" you there. Nick's assist calls you via boradcast, you go to his officer, she tells you this guy Nick helped once came in asking for help, you go to his in The Commonwealth, he tells you his daughter ran off, you look for clues, and discover she went to Far Harbor, so you go there to find her.

So yeah.

So, Nick Valentine's Detective Agency, which could also be seen as Nick considering he's the sole employee and boss of it, sent you.

Why did you feel the need to correct that.

Ok need some help, downloaded trainwiz's unlimited settlement building, it says it apply the patch but still won't let me build. Any ideas what would cause this?

Funny thing is that Ashal personally put a "disable scaling for bodies"-button into Sexlab for """"sexpartners that have considerable height differences wink wink nudge nudge"""""
>>
>>184308502
I mean technically they might be able to slap intent on there, especially if they find out you have the mods they're afraid of it working with installed.
It's also not wanting to be "that guy". Tumblr has made doxxing people for info pretty mainstream, and I can definitely see some retard publishing a modauthor's info because he offended him.

You have something else actively effecting the limit. The way SLS works is by a one-time script that sets the workshop build values to be unlimited.

Huh all I got other than that is all settlements extended and build high.
>>
>>184308708
BEcuase its wrong, neither of them sent you to Far Harbor.

They sent you to the guy's house, in The Commonwealth, clues you found there led you to Far Harbor, but that isn't where you were sent by Nick or his company.
>>
>>184308241

>neither of them sent you to Far harbor
So neither of them have you the quest that lead to Far harbor? How odd, my game must be bugged.
Out of curiosity why is this even an argument.
>>
You know, assuming the Prydwen can go the same top speed as the Hindenburg, it would only take Maxson 27 hours to go from D.C. to L.A.

He could get back to Lost Hill in just over a day
>>
>>184310258
Wasn't it implied they had traveled for a decent period of time to the CW?
I'd honestly put the Prydwen's average at around ~25 if that
>>
>>184310239
>why is this even an argument.
Because, much like your other posts, you don't really seem to understand what words mean, or have a fine grasp of the english language, and, as such, are making points that are demonstrably wrong.

The quest leading you to Far Harbor =/= Nick or anyone else sent you there.

A church is not an abbey.

Two preachers talking about their faith does not mean they were talking about the railroad.

When a loading screen says a state is called The Commonwealth, it means the state, not just part of it.

You really seem to be not even a teen to get all of this shit confused.

Are you even old enough to post here?
>>
>>184220597

>>
>>184310258
>>184310325
In the history terminal on the airship it's written that Maxson made radio contact with the BoS back on the West Coast and they venerate his exploits to the point of cultist fervor so they're limiting contact to just Maxson. There is no need for any member of the East Coast BoS to try and contact the West Coast, all is well.
>>
>>184310325
>Wasn't it implied they had traveled for a decent period of time to the CW?
The travel time would still be several hours.

>I'd honestly put the Prydwen's average at around ~25 if that
A nuclear jet powered airship moving at less then 25 MPH? doubtful.
>>
>>184310501
That history terminal is also very obviously bullshit hero worship/exaggeration.

Nothing suggests Maxson had any means to contact the west, or vice versa.
>>
>>184310513
It's also a fuck ton less aeordynamic than the hindenburg.
>>
>>184310432
>understand what words mean
Kek.
>quest Nick's agency gave you that lead you to far harbor = nick sending you there
Yes.
>a church is not an abbey
No, but an abbey contains a church.
>two preachers
It could mean a variety of things, hence the ambiguity.
>being so assblasted you still cannot let an argument that stopped half an hour ago drop
Anon it might be nap-time, I'm not too sure if these internet arguments are good for your temper.
>>
>>184310617
Not really, its a rather basic airship shape.
>>
>>184310513
That's implying they moved at whatever speed without ever stopping, which considering they can barely keep it in the air, I rather doubt they did.
>Nuclear jet powered
But that assumes the thruster is fully powered/operational.
What if most of the power is actually diverted to keeping it from falling from the sky?

>A nuclear jet powered airship moving at less then 25 MPH? doubtful.
Most airships didn't go around carrying vertibirds along with enough weapons, supplies, and troops in power armour to fight a war. The Prydwen would be obscenely heavy for a 'lighter' than air ship.
>>
>>184311098
> which considering they can barely keep it in the air
This is incorrect, they can only barely keep it in the air after arriving in the Commonwealth because they are keeping it on to hover, which is consuming a lot of reactor coolant.

Normally, when flying, its not that hard to keep it aloft.
>>
>>184311239
>>184311098
The Prydwen has 4 huge jets pointing downward to keep it "floating", while it has 4 regular propellers at the back to actually move it forwards.

The thing is a disaster of engineering.
>>
>>184311270
>>184311270
>Normally, when flying, its not that hard to keep it aloft.
That's not how airships work. A plane has lift while it moves because of it's wings while an airship has the same amount of lift if it's holding still or moving at full speed.
>>
>>184311357
Really if you were to design an airship with a nuclear motor you'd take the harrier system and have power that can be directed to vtol or flying system.
>>
>>184311357
>The Prydwen has 4 huge jets pointing downward to keep it "floating"
This is also wrong.

Its stated during the Railraod questline that the 5 giant hydrogen bags inside the Prydwen are what keeps it afloat.

The jets are simply there for stabilization, and you can hear the generic BoS soldiers around Kells mentioning making adjustments to keep the Prydwen aligned.
>>
>>184311357
I assume the jets can be repositioned to face different directions to propel it, anon.
>>184311270
That would make sense if it was lightweight enough to stay afloat without any assistance, but I mean, it can't. How would that even logically work? does it have a massive cold air intake on that weak ass fission-banger engine that makes it easier to cool while moving?
>>
>>184311495
There is zero way that those 5 tiny bags can lift all that weight. It's not even 1/10th the amount of hydrogen gas bags that'd be needed.
>>
>>184311642
I think he means "help". I very much doubt there's a single system that keeps the Prydwen in the air but a synergy of multiple ones.
>>
>>184311642
Its fucking scaled down to all shit.

The Prydwen is supposed to have a docking bay for a fully assemelbed Liberty Prime in it that we never get to see.

Not to mention, there are many other canisters all across the inside of the ship that could contain more hydrogen.

>>184311532
>I assume the jets can be repositioned to face different directions to propel it, anon.
It has a 4 large adjustable rudders in the back, in the shape of a cross, that can be adjusted
>>
>>184311765
Yes and those rudders are useful after it's already in motion, but in order to get it moving? They aren't going to do jack shit.
>>
Is the guide in the pastebin generally considered to be the best Mod guide for New Vegas? I just tried modding Oblivion and used the guide on /tesg/ but it ended up being pretty terrible

I've modded NV in the past but it's been quite some time since I did it.
>>
fallout 4 is just gay
>>
>>184311887
The jets have no obvious means of turning.

What likely happens is that, to get it off the ground, they turn on the jets to boost it up a little, turn on the propellers, and then use the rudders to angle it slightly upwards, and do a slow climb.
>>
>>184312301
It would be something a simple as a swivel mount that you don't really need to see

anyone have smartass.esp for NV?
