Yes. Who the fuck needs for example fire bolt autocast on a sword? It was niche weapon for alchems back in pre-re. All weapons that have chance to autocast skills have some shit matk now. Don't rememebr exact values, but I think for Fireblend, Ice Falchion, Zweichersabel etc it's 75-115 MAtk. With this those autocasts are nice addition for autoattacking stuff while lvling on low lvls.
