From easiest to hardest I think its Necromancer, Prophet (if you don't go for the hews), Hag, Siren, The Collector, Swine King, Drowned Crew, the Flesh, Baron, Vvulf, Viscount, Croc, Fanatic, Shambler. Countess's difficulty varies depending on what forms she picks.

Anyone had any good off-kilter party compositions lately? I've had great success with my arb/BH/abo/occ crew in the last few champion wealds:

Mr Meme is stacked up with prot trinkets, he'll still pull of those 20+ heals, arbalest/BH dealing marking damage while Abo stuns and zerks out, every now and then.
The crew crits fairly often, but still not enough to fully take care of stress so they might have to take a weekend in the Abbey spa, every now and then?

His bleed attacks are pretty damn useless, so that leaves stressbotting and solo/finale. I've never used Finale that much, so it being a one-time only ability doesn't bother me. But it seems nerfing the dmg instead would have been a better and more consistent decision.

What made made the Jester an unusable class to me was making Solo a limited ability, that's just fucking bullshit!

Why is his bleeds useless? His 2-3 row bleed is pretty useful for softening the enemy rank. Especially since that area is usually where the weakest enemies are.

That is his job and he is exceptional at it

Besides intimidate and purge which you neglected to remember exist, Leper supports himself. He can take a lot of punishment without any allied intervention and on turns where the fight is already won he can de-stress and/or heal himself. You don't really take him for support, you take him to soak damage/stress and dole out as much again

Try running intimidate if you're really having problems with that, or pair him up him with a houndmaster

Anyone who's saying that Finale Jester was too strong because OH MY GHOAD HIGH CRITS is fucking retarded because I can post the same high crits from Arbalest, BH, Leper or GR with the Lunge.

There's no fucking way in hell you'd want to "build up damage" for Finale, THEN manage to move your Jester on position 1 and make some ~60-70 crit hit.

No. He will be hitting ranks 1 and 2 and he is a bit faster than the Crusader. The stress casters would have already gotten their attacks off if you are relying on that Leper and since it is a lower light the stress attacks stress characters even more.

Yeah, the only problem is that certain enemies like lancers, skivers, viragos, and the stress dealers aren't rank 1 and 2. The problem with Intimidate and Purge is that you have to give up other skills for them. If the Leper is suppose to be a power house front liner that is self sufficient from other characters healing then you'd have to give up either a single target attack, multi-target attack, a stress heal, or a HP heal. When you do that he either becomes less of a front line steam roller or he isn't self sufficient anymore. Compare that to the Occultist that can do both things the Leper can do while still performing his role as a healer and secondary damage dealer without compromising anything that makes him great. You can claim that intimidate is good for getting through those high protection enemies, but the Leper now has to use a minimum of two actions in order to kill that enemy, and usually it is going to be more than two hits since high protection enemies have a large HP pool. The problem is that you are trying to mow through these high protection enemies so you can get to the guys behind them. The Leper would just be too little too late in that situation.

All you have to do is run scouting trinkets.

I am not saying don't use a Leper, I still use about one Leper, but the class has serious disadvantages over all the other classes.

This. The repeatedly buffing damage is a shit mechanic in a game where the goal is to end a fight on the first round while the enemies are all still surprised. It's also worth noting that deleting a rank 1-3 enemy in the first round is possible with half the classes in the game.

See, that is the thing. A lot of characters can support each other in different ways even it is just dealing damage to the back ranks. The Leper cannot. Of course you are going to have a party with other characters, but with the Leper it is always "but with this class...". The Leper really doesn't offer much. I don't need to say that about the Crusader. The Crusader can stress heal, he can hit the back ranks with Holy Lance. I don't need to say that he needs another character to pull an enemy to the front or another character to stun for him. He has appealing skills that you want to bring that helps the party as a whole. The Leper doesn't offer this.

I'd always assumed the Jester was such a good stress healer because of his ability to take it down, but it never occurred to me that Battle Ballad's huge Crit and Acc boost enable everyone to de-stress themselves! Everyone crits, even healers, and stress just bleeds away.

I'm actually making a class that does just that to the caster. It's a party wide heal but has the meme dice roll of occultist. I still can't find the sweet spot for the healing range though without making it completely worthless.

I'm playing on the Bloodmoon difficulty, but the districts cost way less than what they cost on the Darkest difficulty, is that a bug or did I fuck something up?
