Any users of SPERG around? I am making a perk mod with some similarities to it, and I realized that the "Healer" perk from restoration that increases the magnitude of Restoration spells might make wards too strong. Doubling the magnitude of a Greater Ward would make it block 160 damage, is it even possible for NPC spells to break that open before it regenerates itself?

When it comes to Oblivion modding, if I have things in the wrong load order, will they just simply not work, or should they give me an error message?

I'm trying to get Qarl's Texture Pack to work but it doesn't give any messages, it just simply doesn't do anything.

I'm using Mod Organizer and used http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44772/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Foblivion%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D44772&pUp=1 to download it. It says it all installed properly and there are no problems on Mod Organizer or LOOT.

I'm using the compatibility patch for the unofficial patches as well, and have OBSE set up perfectly.

Thieves and Mages are both incredibly fun in Morrowind imo. You can do some absolutely awesome shit in Morrowind with Magic that you can't do in Oblivion or Skyrim. You feel so much more powerful.

I find Archery to be pretty awesome in Morrowind, which is why I like being a thief, and honestly having that extra speed early on is pretty nice.

Sword and Board is perfectly fine though, I'm one of the few people on earth who think Morrowind's combat is the best of the series so I quite like Sword and Board. I'd recommend Orc over Imperial.

I just didn't enjoy them. My only fond memory was watching my cousin play, I think Diablo 1, when I was a little baby child. When I actually tried playing both 1 and 2 they ended up being empty wastelands where you hit the same 2 or 3 buttons over and over to maybe get an item where you can hit those buttons a bit better. Blight Curse is my basic attack, I really like DoTs. The combination of all the support via FM levels it gets, Balanced Magic making it stronger, and some of the Grimoire/Apocalypse spells enhancing it (double damage + double cost, etc) means even with all the difficulty stuff I added it pretty much one shots anything. I should increase enemy stats I think.
I really like Holy Bolt I think it's called. The Paladin one that heals allies or damages enemies. It's super useful for if a fight breaks out in a city and you don't want to accidentally anger the guards. I also love Wild Mushrooms, it can be a lot of fun when combined with other spells mods. I think the "more apocalypse spells" mod is what adds "Tumble Magnet' or whatever it is, basically summons a stone that pulls enemies in. Cast that then spam mushrooms. I still haven't found a single Mystic spell, most of those look fun. Phoenix Strike is just fun.
