Which class does the most DMG from instant cast abiltiies, basically just sticking on target mostly.

I want to build a very complex / automated " bot " for pvp, as pve rotation imply sitting still anyway. And I would prefer a class that already has to stand still or can just stick on target and perform perfect rotation without casting.

As someone who was rather close to him I can confirm he is dead. He was down to .5mg, yes a half milligram of suboxone a day, goes to hospital for pain in appendix area, and they give him a fucking IV dilaudid, send him home with 200mg of oxycodone, all while knowing he was a former heroin addict.
He then goes on to take over 100mg of oxy, 3-4 times his normal benzo dose, and his last post was a bunch of gibberish with the word help in it.
I would have to say it might have been intentional, he has been struggling with depression, severe anxiety, and was bipolar.
He has been on discord everyday for past month and in game everyday for past 2 weeks, today he has not logged in to either.
He took the thread somewhat seriously and did genuinely get upset by the post telling him to kill himself and OD and all that.
