I go by card name since you don't need more than 3 copies of a card and it prioritizes Basics>Glossies>Prismatics anyway.
Just always be sure to set the number of cards at three, never change it to anything lower.

Buy Dawn Of Destiny. You'll want 3 Super Rush Headlongs. By the time you spend the gems on that box, you'll either end up with enough cards to make a Naturia Deck, or a Sacred Phoenix deck. Both work well with Kaiba's Beatdown skill, which isn't too hard to obtain. When the Paradox Brothers come back in August, bust your ass for Dimenson Gate. You'll need 3 of that and the Paradox Brothers' Labyrinth Builder skill in order to farm Kaiba for Enemy Controllers

Pic related is a deck made up only using cards that are farmable or from Dawn Of Destiny (I don't personally have 3 SRH yet, sub the 2 Econs for it). You should level up Mai as soon as you get her so you can get Windstorm Of Etaqua. Odion's a bit harder to unlock, you gotta collectively activate 300 traps over time to unlock him. After that happens, level him up to get Curse Of Anubis. Jar Of Greed is able to be purchased for cheap at the Card Trader, you can put anything you like that you feel works in place of those. 3 Enemy Controllers would work well if you're lucky and get them

because marron can mill it from the deck it makes the best option for stalling and tributing. by itself it increases deck consistency substantially. you don't need backrow when you brick, nor is it smart to mill a beetle when you want to use pineapple. you can also set defensive backrow, use it, and then pineapple special summons next turn.
