LB20s are for Clanners only because they don't have single-shot AC20s. There's practically no reason to use an LB20 on the Inner Sphere side, especially since you can't fit one in an arm, and if you fit one in the side torso you can't use a Light Engine.
Only benefit the Inner Sphere LB20 has over the regular AC20 is that you can fire two simultaneously. Which is nice but not good enough.

Literally impossible, they don't fit in an arm and you can't fit two in one side torso.
Dire Wolf can use 2 LB20s and 2 LB10s so maybe the Annihilator can do that.
