My understanding is pvp gear is just glamour now, right?

Ive been spamming stun and attacking then using holy spirit on casters/healers for silence.

Is there anything i can do to be better or anything im missing? I made my traits faster movement + faster tp regen for spamming stun and catching running casters. Then additional skills as hp healing ones for when i encounter other tanks.

i thought o1s was far too easy but really liked the difficulty ramp up between each fight, and overall it felt like a good introductory raid tier. hopefully the next tiers will be more difficult (gordias difficulty 4.4 tier???)

I forget the math someone did but I think it's a tiny DPS increase if you pop Tornado Kick and then go straight into Snap Punch > PB to get your stacks back right after refreshing Dragon Kick/Twin Snakes if you feel comfortable enough with the fight and there's zero bullshit that might happen to you that'll take stacks away out of your control (e.g. Susano jails). And it's always been a thing for people to just pop it to spam True Strikes (or now Bootshines for Chakra procs) if, again, they know they won't need it for GL recovery.

I have been enjoying it so far. I don't have a static and don't know how to find one/convince them I'm worth their time, so I've just been pugging so far.

V1S was really easy. I was pretty timid going in because the videos I saw made it sound way more complicated than it actually was. Went into a learning party and saw what it actually entailed and then joined a clear party when they disbanded and killed it on the second pull.

V2S was more of the same except the videos I saw made it seem like you need multiple advanced degrees to comprehend the mechanics but again when you actually try it, its quite straightforward. I also managed to clear it with a pug and it wasn't too bad and will no doubt get easier with more gear.

Haven't tried 3+ yet I'll probably dig into it after reset. I think it will be a lot of fun, it was definitely my favorite in normal mode.

Overall savage is pretty cool, this is my first tier of actually raiding savage. In HW I just did barely any to get a taste at the very end (after echo was out so it wasn't real anyways)

Assuming you've got armory bonus and rested EXP, dungeon grind is amazing, it's 3 dungeon runs per level.

If it's your first job up, just do the MSQ and run each dungeon one extra time beyond the required run and that'll largely cover it.
