do you have any idea how this game works? take a fucking look at the current bandos boots. before the announcement their price was flatlined at alch value 200k because they were absolutely fucking worthless, even after the range def buff. the primordial boots on the other hand are one of the most expensive pieces of armor in the game. that's because "tanking" in this game is borderline nonexistant as dps boosts are 99% of the time a much better option. I don't expect the upgraded tank boots to be used anywhere outside of gwd teams and one or two other places. they won't be very expensive either, more because of their low demand than anything to do with their supply. the reward is perfect for a level 75 boss.

the problem with a comp cape is that it encourages everyone to vote no to new content even if they don't have one, because they might be planning to get it some day
the same thing could be said with the inferno encouraging new bis gear updates so that people who don't have that cape can maybe get it one day

that's just how it is. the comp cape is a cancerous item that should be avoided at all costs. besides the osrs max cape is already much better than the rs3 max cape since it can have every single perk at once. the cape perks in osrs have a lot of overlap with rs3 perks, but I'd say a lot of osrs perks are better than the rs3 counterparts.

What would even be the point of that? The achievement cape already requires all quests completed, and if you have all quests done you probably have 90%+ of the music unlocked. With a few exceptions like killing black knights or chompies all of the achievement diary reqs could be done in a couple hours by someone who is already maxed. The comp cape would just be those with max capes jacking themselves off to how amazing they are. Fuck even the quest cape is worthless because osrs has so much fewer quests than rs3, and there are no hard quests at all.
