Without even spending our 8 extra AP daily that's only 62.5 days of farming. Two fucking months to hit Mona Lisa without any free MP from events or burning excess shit from FP gatcha. Using double Mona Lisa you need only spend 312 days of QP farming to make up for it.

BUT WAIT, YOU CAN ACTUALLY DO THIS EVEN MORE EFFICIENTLY.

Doing just 70 AP worth of hands a day, spending a total of 14560 AP or 208 days will also get you Mona Lisa, requiring only 187 days of QP farming to make up for it. There are even more efficient solutions to this but I'm not going to take the time to find any of them because fuck you dumbass.
