Welp, I'm not attuned to or that knowledgeable with the satanic occult.

I want to get Hotaru's SSR, and I want to do it the right way. I can easily scrounge up some Baphomet Icons and there's this book about occult rituals in the local library so I think I can at least handle the basics. Though does it really have to be Goat blood? Goats are kind of hard to come upon where I'm from. Will Chicken blood do? The pentagram needs to be drawn in fresh blood right?

We don't actually know who's making LoS because Scamco now tries to pretend they make all iM@S games by themselves. CGVR on the PS Store site even credits "Bandai Namco Studios" as the developer.
Only reason SS's development is known is because Cygames appears to have some level of control and have officially announced that they're the developers. Though even then they're not allowed to put that on the game itself

It's not a matter of hating or not.

I don't care if you like SS, TD or LoS. It's a matter of fact that TD has had a very bumpy start. There's a lot of symptoms showing that it was rushed out before it was really ready to be published.

Missing features and bugs aside, most new mobile games at least have a clearly charted out schedule for it's first couple of months to capitalize on the game's honeymoon period. Meanwhile, TD has had a wonky gacha schedule and just experiences filler events after filler event.

Issue isn't exactly popularity or whatever. Issue is that TD isn't giving people enough to do in the game. If it actually launched with more songs, didn't start off with filler events, maybe people would actually be tempted to pay more.
