125% tri boosts are nice, pretty cheap to get.
Triggers are okay if you're going to do an MPA or pug them
Bonus keys (meseta only. 1.6M for silver, 5M for gold) are there but only worth it if you're very desperate for EXP, leave these until you're doing 75-80 to make the most out of them.

Got spare SG and want more tri boosts? Use the refresh list option (only do this once per day though, it gets more expensive. First time is 10SG, next is 50SG and it gets worse).

In episode 2 they had broken techs, in ep3 before compounds came out they were god tier at mobbing (though the aoe of the other classes was much weaker than it is now) but they were mediocre at bossing until compounds, namely fomelgion, came out.

Force is better than Fighter for Gracia despite the 50% reduction in damage and thus 50% increased compound charge times. Geared forces in Gracia get a compound every 60 seconds or so assuming they have something to help with PP management like PB or PPC. While the nerf is still half as many compounds, I wouldn't call the class dead. You're confusing the level of play you see from pub forces with the potential of force when played well. Majority of force players are pretty bad and it's a class that really shows your weakness.

When i switch elements by casting with jet boots do I get element weakness bonus or do i not? The damage is all over the place and my non-matching element hits sometimes do more damage then the matching elements do and sometimes its vice versa.

The short answer is yes.

Not sure why your damage is all over the place though. Could be anything. Are you using Wind Sieger ("Vinto Gigue") a lot? Completely depleting your weapon gear will reset the element.

There are also some food that gives buffs and restore HP or PP if you want those.

Trying to beat Phaleg using the classes i currently have leveled. I feel it's unreasonably hard. My current leveled classes are:
Bouncer (80)
Techer (75)
Fighter (76)
Braver (75)
Hunter (42) which i leveled for automate once
My main is BoFi, tried using my +35 Zein jetboots/dualblades combo, died before getting any hits in. Tried a lot, nothing changed.
Tried doing it as a BrFi with a Zeinesis katana at +5 and i manage to get in one full katana combat but i still die fast.
In Kingdom Hearts a similar boss would require me to have second chance/once more/air reversal/leaf bracer, which all don't exist in this game afaik. Should I just give up and come back as a lv80 hero?

It has the best drops (subjectively), and it scales to player count, so if you and a friend are well geared and know how to play, even if you fuck up a good bit you'll still reliably clear it with time to spare.

I have yet to fail a run, only had one run go into the last minute, the rest are usually 15 minutes in pugs, less if I'm with friends.

The LQ has the best drops and good EXP. LQ rear, Astra units, camos, mod SAFs and fuses.

It depends largely on the content you're doing and what you consider a failure to be. There's only a few quests that can reasonably "fail" and kick out out of them, and only 2 of them are relevant, but your skill level can vastly change how good of a run you get.
