Goldeneye has 60 levels and a ton of times that were recorded on webcams at 10fps. It is not possible to framecount these times to any degree of accuracy and it would be extremely unfair because a ton of players have duplicated times that are probably faster but that they never uploaded.
What they really should do is drop that retarded points system though. Over a hundred people have the perfect time for Dam Agent. If you are one second slower, you get NOTHING. If you improve an untied world record by several seconds in another level, you again get NOTHING.
