Good start. Your main focus should be to finish uncapping everything.
You'll also want a Uriel Gauntlet for when you're on element.
After you hit HL, you can unlock Elysian and use one of the Harps as your mainhand instead of the sword; this'll free up a slot for the Uriel Gauntlet (on element) or the Baihu Fist (off element).
You'll also be able to work towards getting a Bahamut weapon to Coda. For Earth I personally recommend the Sword as Humans and Dorfs are the most common strong attackers in the element.
