Maybe. I'm trying to avoid using the 1 skill, but maybe I should throw it in the rotation. I use 3 -> 5 -> 2 -> 4 then 3 again . This keeps me safe, but generally the score seems handicapped. Depends on your roster. Work on getting 5/5 World Boss wins a day excluding Infinity Thanos. Try to get as far in Shadowland as possible - your goals should be floor 5, then 10, then 15 as these reward bio selectors.
As for cards, Loki, Punisher #19, Zombies, Star-Lord, Groot, Avengers Nebula. These can all be farmed from rifts. The rest you need to git lucky from alliance store card chests or store card chests.
