Their spreads are respectively 26/34 and 29/32. I mean, yeah if you get +atk Olwen you get 30/34 which is clearly better. But if you don't? With cav buffs and L&D Ursula hits 43 speed. Olwen hits 45 speed. If Olwen is +spd she hits 48 speed.

Ok, so they're fast as fuck. The thing is once you get to a certain speed tier you stop seeing benefits. Exactly who is Olwen going to double that Ursula isn't that they both don't 1-shot to begin with? Seems like +2 attack Ursula is packing would be preferable to that +2 or +5 speed 99% of the time.

Nigga, they used Fire tomes from Awakening as reference for mt, rather than the Thunder line everyone used, so it deals mediocre damage. Compare, say the C thunder tome in Awakening, Arcthunder with Fimbulvetr. Arcthunder had 10 mt, 70 hit and 10 crit, wheras Fimbulvetr had 8 mt and 75 hit.
Ragnarock has 11mt, wheras Thoron has 14.

Even Brynhindlr, the prf, is the only royal weapon without a cool effect and totally outclassed by other tomes with utility effects. I will give you that Horse Spirit is broken, but it's more a consequence of Hoshido being on training wheels. Just know that t says a lot when the best mage you can build with Corrin has a Levin Sword.

To be fair, the mages you can get are pure shit in Fates. They're their slow or they die in a single hit. They nerfed the Mt because 1-2 range weapons have historically been way overpowered. Why do you think melee units have extremely gimped 1-2 range options that can't double? Why do you think Ninjas do no damage aside from their crap strength? To mitigate the sheer might of 1-2 range.

The only characters that can escape this are special snowflake older brothers that can do no wrong and get 1-2 range weapons with fucking bonuses instead of penalties.

Everything from at least the Wall of Takumi until the point where you fight Nohr units has a bare minimum 20 res, more often than not somewhere in the mid 20s because Hoshido classes are all good in that regard. You need as much power off your mages as possible for them to be useful on Conquest. Either that or you need them to be crit machines which isnt entirely impossible. Odin is actually pretty good in that regard since he has high luck and tends to be a bit more defensive so he can eat a hit or 2.

Archer lyn, glass canon on par with bridal cordelia but she is a debuff bot, so bravebow is not recommended, her current bow is okay, there wont be a fourth lucina on this banner (but there will be later), there is a banner for both men and woman, the top 3 get reskins, all of them are above average units.

It won't, there's no proof it will based on how many other TCGs fail when they enter the west, including those based off other supported popular products. I don't know what it is about the west, but anything outside of MtG/YGO/PKMN has a hard battle up top, and of those below it's harsh competition between already established FoW, Vanguard/Bushiroad, and other small games that come and go like Netrunner/Shadowrun and Schwartz.

That makes no sense considering QR only works if you survive. Against tomes you might due to doubling before QR even procs, which is where the speed comes in. 6 defense is only 3 more damage from bonfire, or 5 damage with Ignis. It's a fair bit but it's not something you can write off as being superior to speed unless all you fight are green melee.
