The extella CE actually isn't that bad. 3 crit stars a turn and a 15% crit damage boost is pretty good for quick servants or servants dependent on crit damage like Lancelot.

Is cu culain beast slayer skill strengthening quest implemented on NA? I took a look on his skill set and he has it all? crit dmg buff, star weight buff and protection. The only shortcoming is his low att only 9500 even fully grailed. He trades dmg for survivability. In some cases he is even better than 5stars. There is a youtube video showing broto cu soloing 12 labors Herc. There are very few servants who are straight up better than broto cu and one of them is alter cu. The trick is that he needs his skills leveled up to 10 to shine and he is quite a mats consumer but he still has protection in the mean time so resources spent on him are never wasted.
