I did a 0% growths warpless low turn count playthrough of Fire Emblem Thracia 776. Please watch if you want.

The run clocked in at 171 turns but there are a couple chapters where turns can definitely be saved and some chapters with an unacceptable chance of death. I'm looking for suggestions on how to improve the speed and reliability of this playthrough.
